Heidi Klum showed off her nutritious breakfast, calling it the perfect way to start the day.
I recently shared a peek at one of my meals – it was a simple, healthy dish served on a beautiful blue and white plate. I love how a pretty presentation can really elevate the whole dining experience!
Heidi Klum doesn’t eat typical American breakfast foods like Raisin Bran, Eggo waffles, or the usual scrambled eggs with sausage and toast.
As a lifestyle expert, I’ve seen a lot of healthy eating habits, and this is a great example! Instead of a big meal, this former Victoria’s Secret model opts for a really nourishing bowl of mostly veggies – it looks like around 150 calories, which is a fantastic way to fuel your body without overdoing it.
The dish included avocado, tomato, raw onion, a boiled egg, lettuce, and celery. As a small indulgence, she also had half a slice of dark pumpernickel bread with a little butter.
Pumpernickel is a traditional German bread known for its dark color and dense texture. It’s made with coarsely ground rye and is often enjoyed for breakfast.

People commented that her thinness explained the small meal, with some saying it looked more like lunch than breakfast.
She recently shared a daring video on Instagram, where she wore a revealing outfit with matching high boots.
Oh my gosh, you will NOT believe this! I found out she was shooting in LA, and apparently, she was blasting rap music the whole time – so cool! And get this, she was working with the Rob Zangardi – you know, Jennifer Lopez’s stylist?! Seriously, a dream team! Linda Hay did her makeup, and Jennifer Yepez was on hair duty. It was a total power squad making magic happen, and I’m living for it!
Seal’s former wife was spotted wearing a red outfit, including a sweetheart-neckline top and fitted red pants.
Former Baywatch actress Erika Eleniak hit the like button.
Fans also spotted the model with musician Diplo on her Instagram Stories, suggesting they might be collaborating on a project.
Recently Klum said she thinks society has become ‘more welcoming of wrinkles’.
Recent shifts in perspective mean people are now more accepting of getting older, with a growing sense that it’s perfectly alright to embrace the aging process.
Heidi recently shared with People that she’s noticed a positive shift in how society views bodies, with more acceptance of natural signs of aging like wrinkles and curves. She feels it’s wonderful to be accepted at any age and appreciates how far we’ve come in embracing body diversity.

Heidi doesn’t have any fears of ‘age-shaming or body-shaming’.
She said she doesn’t worry about getting older or how she looks. She believes everyone should feel free to express themselves and enjoys feeling confident and attractive, even at 52.
Heidi actually loves posting sexy photos of herself on social media.
The model jokingly claimed this person has always been good at attracting attention, even before the days of social media.
She said: ‘I’ve been photographing nude or in lingerie since 1992, way before Instagram.
Honestly, this feels totally natural to me. I’ve been creating content for thirty years, and now I’m seeing everyone else jump on the bandwagon! It used to be about getting featured in magazines, but now it’s all about Instagram. It’s really the same idea, just a different platform – I’m used to adapting!
The model has also encouraged other women to not ‘hide’ once they reach 50.
She explained that a common misunderstanding about being in your fifties is the idea that people are no longer relevant or interesting. She strongly disagreed, saying people in their fifties are very much still visible and have a lot to offer.

Don’t be afraid to embrace getting older! Beauty evolves, and I welcome that change. Staying the same forever would be dull.
Heidi is married to musician Tom Kaulitz, who is 35 years old. She has spoken highly of him, calling him a ‘great man’.
The model also rubbished criticism of their age gap.
When asked why this topic sparks so much controversy, Heidi explained to Glamour magazine that it often comes down to simple spitefulness.
A lot of people probably think I’m incredibly lucky. I have a wonderful career, I get to travel, and I can afford nice things. And now, I’ve found an amazing partner, too.
