Since moving in with ex-husband, famous drummer Tommy Lee from the band Motley Crue, glamorous blonde Locklear has resided in a California property. However, it wasn’t until June 2023 when she reached rock bottom and stood precariously on a building’s ledge that she decided to make significant changes in her life.

Now, thriving in health and joy, the 63-year-old ex-alcoholic is cherishing every moment, sharing a tailor-made abode with her daughter Ava Sambora (age 27) and their beloved Maltese pet, Mister.

According to a source, Heather prefers staying at home more than going out. Her high-up mountain residence serves as a peaceful haven for her, where she enjoys spending time with her pet dog and appreciating her beautiful garden.

Initially, this large, approximately 8,000 square foot home, valued at around $7 million, wasn’t always the peaceful sanctuary it has become.

2018 saw the Ventura County Fire Department labeling the house as ‘dangerous’ due to a series of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption, such as the time she collided her Porsche with a pole following a bout of tequila drinking.

The report characterized Locklear as someone with suicidal tendencies and a history of violence, stating further that there was a safety risk associated with this address due to the resident’s past threats to shoot law enforcement officers. A firearm is registered in her name.

That particular year, Locklear was arrested on two separate occasions: firstly, after an intense altercation with Heisser, and secondly, following a car accident where she physically confronted responding police officers.

Afterward, the actress was admitted into a temporary 14-day psychiatric confinement, during which she underwent a detoxification process that lasted for five days alongside a thorough psychological assessment.

According to a reliable source, it was reported that on the night of her arrest, she was extremely intoxicated. The police arrived around 6 PM that Sunday, but then they departed.

At midnight, their return was prompted by the fact that she had attempted to leave and drive off in her Porsche. Unfortunately, her efforts led to an accident where she crashed her Porsche into a pylon at the entrance of her property.

Despite Locklear being sober now and successfully avoiding jail due to her drunken incidents, her recovery journey has not been completely smooth.

2023 saw another wave of worry as she was seen crying in public and precariously perched on the edge of an office building. A source shared with the Daily Mail that she had slipped back into heavy drinking.

However, despite the obstacle, Locklear has triumphed over her alcohol problems with the help of her partner Chris Heisser (who they have an on/off relationship with), and her sober companion Bryan. They were spotted shopping together at a local Pavilions grocery store on Valentine’s Day.

According to a neighbor, Bryan is often spotted at the residence, and they describe him as an exceptionally kind individual.

Different photos offer peeks into her expansive, white-trimmed bedroom boasting a breathtaking view of the garden, adorned with a grand bronze chandelier and long, cream-colored drapes. Additionally, they reveal her gleaming marble kitchen countertops.

One picture likewise captures Heisser enjoying Locklear’s California King bed, seen without a shirt and flashing a wide grin in a birthday post uploaded in September 2023.
