Get ready for more fun in Heartopia! On April 16th, a highly requested event, the Beaver Build Challenge, is coming to the game. This event celebrates creativity and working together, and this time it features a delightful Fairy Tale Wonderland theme – chosen by the Heartopia community!

Heartopia is famous for its creative builds, and you can expect even more amazing creations now. Players will be able to build everything from magical castles to charming cottages – the only limit is your imagination! This theme is all about encouraging players to be inventive and really explore what’s possible with the game’s building features.

What you can expect and how it works

The Beaver Build Challenge begins on April 25th with a planning period lasting until May 1st. During this time, qualified D.G. members can create teams of up to four people and develop their building strategies.

After that, the building period takes place from May 2nd to May 22nd, giving teams plenty of time to create their submissions. Players can collaborate, allow others to view their work, and get ideas from exploring what other teams have built.

Following that, the exhibition period will run from May 23rd to June 5th. During this time, players can view each other’s creations either randomly or by directly searching for player IDs. Visiting builds requires special tokens called Build Challenge Helicopter Tokens, which are earned by playing the game.

The final selection period runs from June 6th to June 19th, when winners will be revealed and prizes awarded. Winning teams will get special in-game souvenirs, and all players can review their creations using a temporary feature.

The Event isn’t the only thing to expect in the April 2026 update

The new update’s biggest feature is the Beaver Build Challenge, but it also includes several helpful changes. Now, pets – particularly cats – won’t be as disruptive when you’re doing things like cooking, and it’s easier to manage your pets’ costumes.
