Heartopia Winter Frost Season Prep Phase: How to get exclusive furnitures for free

Heartopia is entering the Winter Frost Season Prep Phase.
You can earn some exclusive furnitures for free by doing some simple tasks!

I’m so excited for the new event in Heartopia! It’s called the Winter Frost Season Prep Phase, and it kicks off on January 24th, 2026. Basically, we need to help the adorable creatures of the town because they’re getting sick with something called ‘Frostspore Infection.’ And the best part? We get to build a brand new ice skating rink! It sounds like a lot of fun, but it’s only around for a week, ending on January 31st, so I’m definitely jumping in right away!

A sudden cold snap has hit Heartopia, and you need to help protect the local creatures from getting sick. Talk to the residents to figure out how to keep everyone warm and safe.

You’ll also be helping Eric at the Adventure Park create a skating rink. To do this, you need to get feedback and permission from residents to install pumps that will bring seawater to the large Ice Maker.

Event Phases and Limited Rewards

The Prep Phase is divided into two parts, offering exclusive furniture and items:

Phase I (Cold Weather Warning): Focuses on creature safety. Completing these objectives rewards players with the Night-Fishing Moka Pot and the Penguin Pet Sofa.
Phase II (Resident Feedback Collection): Focuses on the community approval for the Ice Maker. Rewards include the Silent Egg Grabbing Machine furniture.

These quests become available on January 24th. Finishing them is key to unlocking the next events and getting free, exclusive items! Consider it a great way to prepare for the upcoming My Little Pony Collaboration.
