Heart Attack Scare: Amy Childs’ Mum Rushed to Hospital for Emergency Surgery!

Amy Childs, expressing concern, shared that her mother, Julie, had been urgently taken to the hospital for an operation due to a sudden heart attack.

On Tuesday, the reality TV personality, aged 34, shared a post on Instagram, expressing her fear due to her mother, 59, experiencing a sudden health issue that caused her to faint.

Amy disclosed that Julie is presently in good spirits, albeit requiring rest at the moment, and is admitted to the hospital, awaiting the insertion of a stent.

A heart attack might cause a full obstruction of blood supply to the heart, and a stent serves as a medical instrument to clear this obstruction and reinstate the blood flow.

Next to a photo of Julie grinning as she cradles her twins, Amy wrote: ‘Last Friday, we received some extremely concerning news. My mother suffered a heart attack on Friday night.’

‘Mum is doing OK. She is going to hopefully be having a stent put in this week!

She possesses remarkable strength, yet requires rest. This week has found me scattered across various locations, but fortunately, my mother is receiving exceptional care at the top-tier heart hospital, where she is currently residing.

Julie will be known to fans as she starred in her daughter’s 2011 reality show, It’s All About Amy.

Amy’s father is Billy Childs, and she has an older brother named Billy. 

Following Amy’s display of her recent two-stone weight loss, she appeared on the latest episode of TOWIE together with Sophie Kasaei and Dan Edgar last month.

The television personality was stunning when she donned a black, long-sleeved jumpsuit featuring leopard print on the arms.

The tight-fitting outfit boasted a deep neckline, too, as Amy elevated her silhouette with a set of black high heels.

Sophie, aged 35, showcased her figure gracefully in a vibrant red latex jumpsuit featuring a tall collar, complementing the ensemble with identical high-heeled shoes.

After filming a scene together with Dan and her partner Billy Delbosq earlier in the day, they subsequently visited Array Restaurant in Romford to share a drink at their bar.

Amy, a mother of four, shared that she found it difficult to lose weight and return to her previous figure after giving birth to her twins Milly and Billy, who are now 18 months old.

Apart from that, Amy has a seven-year-old daughter named Polly with builder Bradley Wright, and a five-year-old son named Ritchie who is from a previous relationship sharing the same name as well.

Posting a picture of her swimsuit, she commented: “I’m feeling incredibly proud! Almost 2 stones lighter now, and I must say, I haven’t felt this great about my body since giving birth to the twins!

After having the babies, I found it incredibly challenging to shed excess weight. I was completely immersed in the newborn phase, lacking energy, and the thought of dieting held little appeal for me at that time.

Approximately ten months ago, I chose to adhere to the meal plan provided by Freya Potential Coaching, train three times a week with my personal trainer, and also incorporate reformer Pilates into my routine, which I find incredibly enjoyable due to its effectiveness in toning the body.

Even though I never imagined feeling comfortable enough to post photos of myself, particularly in swimwear, given there’s still work to be done on toning up, it’s important for me to remember that I’ve had four children. That being said, I should be extremely proud of how much progress I’ve made so far ♥️

Initially, the reality television personality gained popularity during the debut season of the ITVBe reality program back in 2010. They remained part of the show until 2012, then took a break for nearly a decade before reappearing on the same series in 2020.

Amy and Billy have been dating since October 2021, which was two months after Amy parted ways with her former boyfriend Tim, who they had been together for about a year and four months.
