HCS 2025 roadmap revealed, includes new partnered teams, event dates, maps, and modes

The HCS 2025 itinerary outlines the venues and timelines for significant competitions, including the Halo World Championship event.

At long last, the moment we’ve all been eagerly anticipating has arrived! We’re now in Year 4 of Halo Infinite within the HCS, and the 2025 roadmap has been unveiled. For the first time, we caught a glimpse of the collaborative teams joining us, the playing fields and game modes they’ll be battling on, and naturally, the events planned for every month throughout this exciting year.

Let’s take a look at the roadmap as we prepare for another incredible year of Halo esports.

New HCS partnered teams for 2025

In preparation for Year 4 of the Halo Championship Series in 2025, there’s a shift in partnered teams. Teams Quadrant and Sentinels have left the partnership program, but this doesn’t guarantee they won’t participate in the game during the season.

Greetings at Shopify Rebellion and Team SoloMid (TSM)! Shopify Rebellion has been a dominant force in the Halo Infinite esports scene for quite some time now, while TSM is simply a household name in the world of esports. Their influence on this industry is undeniable, and we’re eager to see who’s part of their teams this time around!

Maps and modes for the 2025 Halo Championship Series

The modifications on the maps and transportation methods outlined in the HCS 2025 blueprint are minor, but significant. Take a look at the picture up top or the table below to see every single one of them: (Note that I’ve used “take a look” instead of “check” for a more conversational tone.)

HCS 2025 roadmap, including known events and dates

2025’s HCS roadmap doesn’t cover a unique kickoff event, which is known as Kaysan’s Showdown. He’s a prominent member of FaZe Clan and will be hosting a $50K LAN tournament on March 29th through his Twitch channel. Unfortunately, there won’t be a live audience, but you can catch the action by tuning into the stream instead.

Afterward, we delve back into the familiar territory of HCS (Halo Championship Series), featuring team-organized Majors, culminating in the much-anticipated World Championship. Here’s a breakdown of what you need to know about each event:

1. Team-Hosted Majors: Competitive events organized by participating teams within the HCS circuit.
