Lee shared a post with the caption, ‘Still smiling after an amazing week celebrating the Lewins in beautiful Jelsa, Croatia.’

Woman’s Day magazine first reported a romance between Carrie and Lee, claiming Lee had been visiting Carrie’s house frequently.
According to the report, the two met through friends, and their relationship was developing rapidly.
