The 31-year-old musician has commenced the renovation of his upcoming residence situated on Hampstead Street, with the work not slated for completion until the end of 2027.

He’s merging two high-end houses situated on a secluded estate in the northern part of London, resulting in an impressive residence boasting four bedrooms, a fitness center, movie theater, art gallery, and accommodation for staff.

This week, it’s been mentioned that he’s added yet another expansive home to his collection in the same neighborhood – making it his fourth residence on the very same street.

However, local residents have expressed their sentiments to The Telegraph, stating that it’s ‘disheartening’ to reside near a construction site continuously.

As a neighbor, I can’t help but express my dismay at the unending construction right outside my home. Once upon a time, this street was tranquil and peaceful. Now, it seems as if every house is being snatched up by wealthy individuals who are constantly renovating them.

At the end of the street, there’s a different house that likely will be purchased and refurbished, similar to the ones around it.

Unfortunately, there seems to be less neighborhood camaraderie these days compared to before, as many residents have relocated away from this area.

Although there have been some expressed apprehensions, as of yet, no fresh formal complaints regarding the property have surfaced. The Daily Mail reached out to Harry’s representatives for a response.

Following reports, he is said to have purchased yet another grand mansion in Hampstead, making it his fourth property on the same street.

Harry possesses a staggering fortune of approximately £200 million, securing the top spot on Heat Magazine’s 2024 wealth ranking.

Reports suggest that Harry might transform his London residences into a vast property, providing accommodations for friends to temporarily reside in.

According to a source, The Sun reports that he now owns four homes located on the same street in Hampstead, as he recently acquired another property discreetly.

Two of the houses are being combined to create a single large estate, whereas the third one serves as an investment property, located somewhat separately from the others.

The forth addition to the grand estate might become a component, linked by a driveway and an expansive garden to the two houses currently being merged. This stunning transformation is all due to the tireless efforts of Harry, as he turns his dream house into a reality.

The Daily Mail has contacted Harry Styles’s representatives for comment. 

Following several challenging discussions with local planning officials, due to conservation regulations, Harry received approval to begin renovations on his £30million property in April.

Last month, our progress was halted as we conducted additional environmental assessments and carefully drafted construction blueprints. In this neighborhood, even choosing a paint color requires approval from the city council.

The recently unveiled papers indicate that his consultant group is diligently checking off tasks, including intricate discussions concerning the local wildlife, as part of their ongoing efforts.

A recent survey indicated the presence of a feral pigeon’s nest, fox dens, and even evidence of bat habitation. In case bats are confirmed, all operations will temporarily halt while Harry pursues a special permit from Natural England.

Additionally, he has needed to collaborate with his famous neighbor, Cat Deeley, who is working on refurbishing a home in close proximity.

It’s been said that they organized meetings and handed out flyers to maintain good relations with their neighbors and minimize any disturbances.

The document mentions that they plan to collaborate with contractors who are working on different local projects, with a goal of actively overseeing and minimizing the combined effects of these construction initiatives in the area.

The document pledges to collaborate on tasks when feasible, aiming to reduce disturbances to the neighborhood community as much as possible.

The singer faces significant issues with noise, especially from construction equipment. To mitigate this, he’s been required to install soundproof barriers or enclosures around the noisy equipment.

Harry has also promised to use equipment with electric engines instead of petrol-driven ones.

The entire project is scheduled for completion by October 2027, but unexpected issues might cause a deviation from the planned course.
