Harry Potter themed Advent calendars are starting to show up in stores

As a seasoned gamer and long-time Harry Potter enthusiast, I can’t help but feel a tinge of excitement when I see the holiday season approaching. The arrival of Advent Calendars is always a special moment, and this year is no exception.

Autumn is here, which signals the approach of the festive season! Consequently, it’s no wonder that Advent Calendars are making an appearance in retailers like Costco, Target, and even World Market.

Just lately, I visited World Market to explore their holiday collections, and discovered they were already stocking several Harry Potter-themed Advent Calendars. (Although I purchased an Advent calendar, it wasn’t the Harry Potter version.)

At the World Market I dropped by, they presented a selection of three distinct Harry Potter calendars, with the possibility of more arriving soon. These included the Jelly Belly Harry Potter Marauder’s Map Trivia Advent Calendar, a puzzle calendar, and a hot chocolate option as well. The Harry Potter Hot Chocolate Bombs 12 Day Advent Calendar showcased an attractive box with the Hogwarts castle adorned on its exterior, while the 24 days of Jigsaw Puzzles provided another choice. Each of these Advent Calendars offers a unique experience, making them ideal for Harry Potter enthusiasts everywhere.

Harry Potter Advent Calendars have started to hit store shelves

If you are a fan of Jelly Belly jelly beans, I definitely recommend the Marauder’s Map Trivia Advent Calendar. I had last year’s Jelly Belly Trivia Advent Calendar (and even did daily calendar openings on TikTok) and it was a fun way to remember the magic of Hogwarts, while also trying jelly bean flavors I may have missed before.

I’m equally fond of the concept of puzzles, since it offers an exciting alternative to food or drink-based Advent calendars. It could also be an enjoyable surprise for younger Harry Potter enthusiasts. Naturally, if you prefer a more compact option, the 12 days of hot cocoa is another delightful choice.

It’s worth noting that the Advent Calendars we discovered at World Market on September 23rd are just some of what’s available. There might be more options coming up too. However, since Harry Potter fans tend to snap up unique calendars and favorites quickly, even before the Advent Calendar season starts, we thought it was important to let you know that these are now in stores.
