Harper Beckham’s fashion moment continues as she flies the flag for mummy by wearing a bespoke Victoria Beckham design to celebrate Sir David’s knighthood

Harper Beckham honored both of her parents on Tuesday. She wore a custom-made outfit designed by Victoria Beckham while celebrating her father, Sir David Beckham, receiving his knighthood.

For the family gathering, the 14-year-old dressed in a simple black dress and took pictures with her parents and her brothers, Romeo, 24, and Cruz, 20, who were both wearing suits.

Victoria proudly shared on Instagram that her daughter looked stunning wearing a custom-designed outfit by Victoria Beckham.

This isn’t the first dress the proud mother has made for her daughter. She previously designed a long, pale pink gown that Harper wore to a fashion show in Paris back in September 2024.

For the docuseries’ debut last month, Victoria dressed Harper in a sophisticated black gown that reached the floor. The dress was a version of a design available on Victoria’s website, where it’s sold for £1,890.

In addition to her work with Harper, Victoria designed a custom suit for David, who was knighted by King Charles at Windsor Castle.

The designer shared a look at the detailed work that went into creating the outfit for the former footballer’s ceremony, which was made by her fashion house specifically for the event.

Following Sir David’s request, the designer used vintage photos of King Charles in a similar morning suit to create the very first menswear item for the Victoria Beckham Atelier collection.

This lightweight suit features a classic three-piece design made from high-quality British wool and mohair. It’s detailed with regal touches, most notably a unique chain on the lapel.

Victoria herself wore a specially made dress from her own line, the Bela – a choice that may have hinted at the direction of her brand, suggesting she plans to design clothes for both men and women.

She shared a photo with Sir David taken at Windsor Castle, captioning it about a memorable day. Sir David was wearing the very first custom menswear piece created by Victoria Beckham – a tailored three-piece morning suit made from British wool mohair, designed with classic British royal style in mind.

Sir David received a knighthood from the British Empire on Tuesday in recognition of his contributions to sports and charitable work. He is especially known for his significant influence on football over two decades, as well as his work as a UNICEF ambassador.

After the ceremony, the former footballer mentioned that King Charles had complimented his suit.

Sir David revealed the King, known for his fondness for tweed, surprisingly influenced the suit’s design. It was a sophisticated grey wool suit featuring single-pleated trousers, a tailored jacket, and a unique lapel chain.

He’s always had amazing style – he’s the most well-dressed person I know. I’ve taken inspiration from him for my outfits many times, and this one is no exception, he said.

My wife made this for me. I showed her some old photos of him as a young man, dressed in morning suits, and told her that’s what I wanted to wear. She then created it.

He looked remarkably like Prince Charles in a classic morning suit, just as the Prince appeared at an Ascot polo match in 1979 – even the smallest details were copied.
