Halsey reveals she was hospitalized following a ‘very scary’ seizure

Halsey was in the hospital this week after suffering a ‘very scary’ seizure.
In a simple and conversational style, The 29-year-old artist posted a video showing her lying in a hospital bed, accompanied by her partner Avon Jogia. She discussed her health situation openly with her audience.
Alongside the clip on Instagram, she quipped: ‘Happy Late Bi Visibility Day.’
‘This year I’m celebrating by dying with a man by my side (for legal reasons that’s a joke).’
The performer, known for her luck in music, faced a Lupus flare-up following the MTV Video Music Awards. Later, she addressed queries from fans concerning her health incident on the platform that is now known as X (previously Twitter). A concerned fan inquired if her hospital stay was related to an ongoing health problem.
Halsey, known for being open about her health battles, penned down: ‘I experienced a seizure! Quite terrifying! I wouldn’t wish that on anyone!’
And she reassured another follower that she is safely back at home now.
She added: ‘I’m home from the hospital now after a few days, so a win is a win!’
During the summer, she shared details about her ongoing health struggles, which have resulted in frequent illnesses and significant weight loss.
Previously, she shared on the SheMD podcast that she has lupus, and occasionally, this condition can lead to additional complexities.

Halsey, mother of three-year-old Ender along with screenwriter Alev Aydin, confessed that she felt ‘frightened’ following an illness soon after childbirth.
She shared with The Hollywood Reporter: “I found myself in a limbo for months, unsure of the doctors’ responses about my ability to continue as a musician. Not only did I face the possibility that I might no longer be able to make music, but I also didn’t know if I would exist anymore in any form. And that was truly frightening.
‘I got the kind of sick where you can’t really leave your house,’ Halsey told the outlet.
As an ardent admirer, I can’t help but notice a remarkable change in your appearance. It seems like you’re undergoing a life-altering transformation, with your hair thinning out as if it were part of some extraordinary metamorphosis.
It felt as if the most incredible event, comparable to finding the best thing in existence, occurred when I became a mother. However, out of nowhere, something incredibly frightening took place for me.
