Halle Berry, 59, gets VERY cheeky in wild bikini snap while boasting she is ‘going my own way’

Halle Berry certainly steamed up millions of Instagram feeds.

The 59-year-old Oscar winner – who often shares glamorous photos and videos online – recently posted a playful picture over the weekend.

The woman displayed her rear in a revealing brown and white thong bikini while walking away from the camera.

She wore an $80 swimsuit bottom from Monday Swimwear. The picturesque desert photo highlighted its color-blocked design.

Her brunette tresses were worn down as she donned a string bikini top in the image.

Halle playfully wrote with the picture for her 9.1 million followers: ‘It seems I’m heading in the wrong direction, but that’s not true… I’m simply forging my own path!’

This news follows just weeks after the famous celebrity showed off her amazing body in several bikini photos. This came after she publicly and sharply criticized her former partner, David Justice, who had commented that she didn’t appear to be a ‘motherly’ figure.

The X-Men actress looked radiant as ever as she shared pictures from her recent exotic holiday.

The star sizzled in a black bikini which she wore underneath a matching open beach dress.

She completed her outfit with a fashionable straw hat, several bold pendant necklaces, and a pair of elegant dark sunglasses.

Another photo showed her strolling along a tropical beach, holding hands with her partner, Van Hunt.

Halle appeared thrilled in recent photos, shortly after her former spouse David, 59, criticized her for not contributing to household chores like cooking and cleaning during their marriage.

On Thursday, she shared a post on Instagram with the caption, ‘Phew…! juggling cooking, cleaning, and being a mom.’

The actress marked her 59th birthday with a tropical getaway, sharing a photo of herself in a revealing gold bikini from Monday Swimwear.

Halle, sporting silver-framed sunglasses that complemented her two silver necklaces, was accompanied by her boyfriend, Van, 55. The couple shared a cozy moment, cuddling inside their beachside hut.

She showed everyone a letter that one of her children had given her while they were on summer vacation overseas.

This happened after Justice was attempting to clarify his reasons for ‘deciding to leave’ her, following their marriage in the nineties.

Halle was wed to David Justice for four years, from 1993 to 1997.

David, who used to play baseball as an outfielder, stated that he ended their marriage because his wife didn’t meet his expectations of being a ‘motherly’ figure.

The MLB player discussed on the All the Smoke podcast, alongside co-host Matt Barnes, how his personal life became very public due to his previous relationship with the actress known as Catwoman.

During a recent podcast appearance, he confessed that he once questioned whether she was the right person to start a family with. He recalled thinking, ‘If we were to have children, would she be the kind of mother and partner I want to build a life with?’ He also mentioned that, when he was younger, he felt she didn’t demonstrate traditional homemaking skills, stating, ‘She didn’t cook, didn’t clean, and didn’t seem particularly motherly.’

He explained that he eventually realised this wasn’t the person he wanted to spend his life with, but later came to believe the marriage could have been successful if he’d known about therapy.

Despite his explanations, his remarks still caused considerable anger. Halle Berry’s supporters were upset that he had previously suggested she play a traditional housewife, especially considering her thriving acting career was gaining momentum at the time. It seemed inappropriate given her busy schedule and rising success in the entertainment industry. Fans felt it downplayed her accomplishments and potential. This sparked a lot of discussion online.

I was pretty inexperienced, simply because I was young and hadn’t had much relationship experience – really, only one serious one before her. I just didn’t have a lot of knowledge, understanding, or wisdom when it came to relationships.

Numerous fans criticized Justice, a former MLB All-Star who won two World Series championships over his 14-year career with the Atlanta Braves and New York Yankees, for what they saw as the nerve of asking the Oscar-winning actress to handle household chores like cooking and cleaning.

One social media user on X commented, ‘Motherly? She’s his partner, not his mom,‘ as many fans rushed to support Berry after Justice’s remarks became popular online.

Someone tweeted, “Can you picture expecting Halle Berry – the first Black actress to make $20 million from a film, consistently ranked as one of the world’s most desirable women, and the first Black woman to win an Oscar – to just stay home and cook and clean? The nerve of some people!”

A fan reacted with disbelief to David Justice asking Halle Berry to cook and clean, commenting, “That’s crazy work. What was he thinking?” They shared a GIF to show how shocked they were.

Can you believe Halle Berry, a very famous actress, was expected to stop working and instead focus on “cooking and cleaning” for someone I don’t even know? LMAOOOO!

Someone commented that, considering their wealth, the MLB player should also be taking on household chores like cleaning, just as much as the famous actress.

Someone else on Twitter wrote: ‘David genuinely thought Halle Berry, at the height of her career, would be content as a homemaker. That was a huge mistake on his part, Mr. Justice!’

Someone on Twitter posted a laughing emoji with the message: ‘David Justice is reportedly deceased, yet he was married to Halle Berry and apparently expected her to do laundry. Is Catwoman really supposed to be vacuuming?’

One fan wrote on Twitter: ‘David’s Justice’s remarks about Halle Berry reveal more about what *he* looks for in a partner than about her value as a person. Many wonderful mothers don’t fit the traditional “cook, clean, motherly” image. Sometimes, people are just incompatible, and it doesn’t reflect on anyone’s worth.’

As of right now, Halle hasn’t publicly replied to the statements he made on the recent podcast.

During that same episode, David explained he felt hurt because his former wife hadn’t made it clear that he wasn’t the ex-husband who had previously been physically abusive to her.

He admitted he significantly hurt her by abruptly ending the relationship instead of trying to gently ease out of it or getting therapy to work on their issues. He acknowledged he should have tried to repair things instead of simply leaving.

In 1996, People magazine reported that Halle revealed she had been in an abusive relationship with someone she didn’t name. She shared that her ex-partner had once hit her in the head, which resulted in a punctured eardrum and subsequent hearing loss.

‘People assumed it was my doing,’ Justice explained on the podcast. ‘I strongly disagreed with her decision to do that.’

He also shared his thoughts on their marriage years after their divorce, saying: ‘When I think about that time, I realize she truly did love me.’

I understand why she’s so upset with me. Just picture this: you deeply care about someone, and they tell you they want to end the relationship, and you can’t change their mind. That must have been incredibly difficult for her.

He clarified that he hadn’t gradually reduced his effort, stating he simply stopped and acknowledged he could have handled it more skillfully. He said, ‘I was just gone’ and ‘could have massaged that better.’

The retired basketball player and his wife, Rebecca Justice, have been married for 24 years and are parents to two children. At the same time, Halle has been with her partner, Van, for five years.

She has been married twice before. From 2013 to 2016, she was married to Oliver Martinez, and prior to that, she was married to Eric Benet from 2001 to 2005.

She has two children: her 17-year-old daughter, Nahla, whose father is Gabriel Aubry, and her 11-year-old son, Maceo, with Martinez.
