25-year-old actress who played “The Little Mermaid” and 27-year-old rapper-blogger, also known as Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., separated in October. They stated they remained good friends. Their son Halo was born in December 2023, after Bailey managed to maintain her pregnancy privately.

The Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) was issued by a judge in the Los Angeles County Superior Court. According to court documents submitted by Bailey, she expressed concerns for her own safety and that of their son, Halo Saint Granberry. She requested that DDG be prohibited from approaching them both. Due to Bailey’s fear that DDG might respond with violence or remove Halo from the area, advance notice was not provided to him in this case.

According to Bailey, she felt anxious when she had to hand over the baby to her upset ex, and she kept urging him to cease his derogatory comments towards her. Unfortunately, their disagreement intensified after that.

In just a blink, things escalated into a physical altercation between us. We scrapped and grappled, with Darryl even yanking on my hair at one stage. At some point, he forcefully hit my face against the steering wheel, cracking a tooth of mine. Overwhelmed by pain, I ceased resisting.

Originally, I intended to step out of the car alongside Halo, but found myself stranded instead. Darryl intervened, explaining that due to my refusal to abandon the baby in the vehicle, he would accompany me. He drove rapidly towards his residence. Upon reaching his house, I was sobbing and recounted the events to his family. I implored them for assistance in devising a schedule with him. They advised me to leave Halo behind and depart. In a state of distress, I left, sporting bruises on my arms and a chipped tooth.

Apart from recounting the event on March 7 that led her to file a police report, Bailey described an altercation. She and Halo were both unwell at home with RSV when DDG visited to see his son. However, due to the child’s illness, Bailey preferred for him to stay indoors. This decision seemed to upset DDG, causing him to shout and use offensive language towards her, she explained.

Later, he realized the Ring camera was on; he disconnected the Ring camera, opened the side entrance, and tossed it away from his residence. I ventured outside to get the Ring camera back. After that, he secured the house, preventing me from re-entering,” Bailey stated in the affidavit.

I circumnavigated the house and entered through a different door. After reconnecting the camera, I reached out to a family member for assistance. With them on the line, I kept asking Darryl politely to depart. I explained that his behavior was impolite, and I wasn’t feeling well enough to handle him. Despite my request, he refused to leave. When Darryl discovered that my family member was on the phone with me, he grew angry. Coincidentally, around the same time, I noticed that the Ring camera was operational again, which seemed to infuriate him further. I have a recording of this incident, and I plan to present it as evidence during the hearing.

She stated “DDG” before swiftly ending the call with her family member, and in the process, successfully kept hold of Halo.

After Darryl took my phone from our house, I chased after him, asking him to return it. He climbed into his vehicle and shut the door on me as I was still holding onto Halo. Darryl proceeded to drive away, tossing my phone out of the window, and shouted “GO GET IT!” in a disrespectful manner. Due to this situation, I reported the incident to the police.

Both sides are directed to take part in a mediation call on May 30th, aimed at deciding on custody or visitation arrangements should they not agree on a plan prior to that date via the court’s online resources. In case an agreement isn’t reached, a court hearing is set for June 4th.

On Tuesdays remarks, Bailey stated that the relationship terminated in 2024 due to Darryl’s frequent outbursts of anger and disregard for her. There were many instances of physical violence, some occurring even prior to the birth of Halo.
