As I move through my workout routine at the gym today, I’ve got a trusty blue resistance band looped around my legs to help tone those muscles effectively.
Additionally, she incorporated ankle weights into her workout, all while keeping one hand atop a small exercise ball for balance.
During the workout, Hailey chose to remain comfy by spreading out on a yoga mat, dressed in a sleek, black long-sleeved crop top and matching black fitted shorts.
The TV host put on a pair of white lace-up sneakers and tied them up, then gathered her long hair into a loose ponytail.
