Hailey Bieber reveals the toll that stress has put on her body amid husband Justin’s money issues

Hailey Bieber openly discusses how stress, due to financial troubles with her husband Justin, has affected her physically.

On a recent Thursday, the founder of Rhode, aged 28, took to her Instagram stories to discuss her personal health matters, following speculations about her wealth being utilized by Justin to settle accounts with Scooter Braun.

The mother shared that she’s been dealing with an outbreak of ‘perioral dermatitis’, and posted a detailed selfie to demonstrate the redness on her chin area.

Instead, she clarified that she tends to have reactions when she travels frequently, lacks sleep, experiences hormonal changes, uses the incorrect SPF, introduces new skincare products, or is under stress.

In a separate slide, Hailey shared the ‘minimal’ steps she takes to help combat a flare up.

Accompanying another filtered selfie, she mentioned, “Here’s what I resort to during a flare-up: a very simple routine. I rinse my face with water, apply Azelaic acid prescription, Hypochlorous acid, Clindamycin, and finish with Glazing Milk.

The final point on the list refers to a product from her skin care brand Rhode, which was acquired by E.l.f. Cosmetics for an impressive $1 billion in May.

Recently, Hailey has been posting updates not long after her spouse, Justin, released his seventh album titled ‘Swag,’ last week.

The model expressed approval of the artist known as the Peaches hitmaker, responding to critics about his latest music and subtly criticizing Justin’s former manager, Scooter Braun, through a subtle remark.

The music label head enthusiastically praised the album, following the news that Bieber and the other party had recently settled their dispute. This settlement is said to amount to more than $30 million, as reported by TMZ.

According to a recent report, Hailey was present throughout the entire process of Justin creating his new album.

The source mentioned, ‘Everyone recognizes Justin as a celebrity and entertainer. Now, they’ll come to understand the artist that Hailey has been familiar with for all these years.’

Following Justin’s separation from Braun, the musician gained autonomy over Swag’s creation, effectively taking charge of the production process himself.

Hailey encouraged Justin to act upon his creative impulses. She assisted him in believing in himself, enabling him to pursue what he passionately desired as an artist.

On Thursday, a representative for Hailey denied the speculation that Justin had been delaying the resolution of his financial disagreement with his previous manager until Hailey’s Rhode business venture was finalized and fully financed.

Hailey’s representative shared with DailyMail.com that the historic sale of Rhode is an impressive achievement solely attributed to Hailey, and it has no connection whatsoever to her husband or his business dealings.

It has been stated by TMZ that Justin does not currently possess the funds to reimburse his debt to Hybe or the outstanding commissions owed to Braun, and it is only when the earnings from Hailey’s company, Rhode, arrive that he will have the means to do so.

In 2022, when Justin Bieber called off his Justice tour, Braun’s firm, HYBE America, stepped in to assist Bieber in repaying a substantial portion of the initial $40 million advance he had received from AEG – specifically, the sum of $26 million.

A week ago, TMZ claimed that Bieber was said to have consented to repay the debt in installments over a decade, however, it is alleged that he ceased repaying HYBE following the initial payment.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, let me share an intriguing tidbit from the music scene. Previously, I’ve mentioned that there was an allegation by Braun concerning Bieber, who recently announced his upcoming album on Thursday. The claim was that Bieber owes him a substantial sum of money – several million dollars to be precise – for unpaid commissions. Quite fascinating, isn’t it?

Following numerous discussions, it has been reported by sources to TMZ that Bieber is set to fulfill his financial obligations. The agreement’s conditions demand him to repay the full $26 million owed.

For Bieber, it’s good news as the Grammy-winning artist will now have to pay Braun just half of the $11 million in alleged unpaid royalties, reducing his original debt.

DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for both Bieber and Braun for comment.

The recent announcement about the settlement emerged only a few weeks following TMZ’s report suggesting that Bieber had been discussing the agreement’s conditions with Braun, implying that the complete resolution could be expected in a short period.

In May, it was disclosed that an independent review conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), which had been contracted by the entertainment business of Braun, Hybe America, reportedly showed its findings.

After a six-month long probe, it was concluded in April that Justin Bieber reportedly owes Scooter Braun approximately 8 million and 806 thousand dollars.

Despite not challenging the findings of the PwC audit in public, Bieber’s team revealed that they had independently audited his business transactions with Braun on their own.

However, they didn’t share how its results compared to the independent audit.

Regardless of any supposed debts owed by Bieber that were claimed by a third party, it was said that Braun was prepared to write off the entire $8 million.

Nevertheless, according to TMZ’s sources, there remained two significant obstacles preventing a deal between the two parties from being finalized.

Back in 2022, Justin Bieber received a substantial $40 million payment from Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) ahead of his Justice World Tour, which had originally been planned for 2020 but was delayed twice – first to 2021 and then due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Following its commencement, Bieber ultimately had to cancel 14 concerts planned for June and July 2022 due to his temporary facial paralysis caused by Ramsay Hunt syndrome.

From late April 2022 up until early September 2022, he embarked on a brief series of performances across Europe, the Nordic nations, and Brazil. However, he ultimately decided to call off the rest of the tour.

Regarding the cancellation, it is said that AEG attempted to retrieve approximately $24 million from Bieber’s initial payment. However, Justin Bieber’s company, Hybe, reportedly offered to cover this amount instead.

In response, it’s claimed that Bieber had to repay Hybe in 10-year installments, but it’s alleged that he only made one payment and then ceased further payments.

It’s been reported that the early repayment issue was a significant concern for Braun, and there have been claims that Bieber has ultimately consented to reimburse the sum in question.

As reported, it was only after Hailey’s earnings from the $1 billion sale of her cosmetics brand Rhode that Justin agreed to address their financial matters.

Funny thing, my dear friends had cautioned DailyMail.com about Justin before, expressing concerns he might leverage Hailey’s kindness to offset his financial burdens by exploiting the settlement funds. As a die-hard fan, I can’t help but wonder if they were right!

Yet, a well-known divorce lawyer in Los Angeles clarified to DailyMail.com that, should Justin and Hailey part ways, there’s a possibility he could receive half of her Rhode fortune, given the report that they did not sign a prenuptial agreement prior to their marriage.

According to reports, Braun has asked Bieber to repay an alleged debt of $11 million for unpaid commissions, a matter not covered in the audit conducted by PwC.

On the other hand, reports from TMZ indicate that Braun is open to settling the debt at a significantly reduced amount, potentially offering a significant relief for Bieber.
