Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen have become parents, welcoming their first child.

Actress Hailee Steinfeld, known for her roles in “True Grit” and “Sinners,” announced the birth of her baby girl on Tuesday. She shared the news in a post on her Substack newsletter, saying she and her husband, Buffalo Bills quarterback, are overjoyed and thankful.

“I’m really enjoying these first few moments,” Steinfeld added, expressing her gratitude for all the support and kind messages she’d received.

Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen got married in June after dating for two years. Pictures from their outdoor wedding in California showed Steinfeld in a white strapless dress with mesh gloves and a veil, while Allen wore a classic tuxedo. The couple had announced they were engaged in November 2024.

According to several news reports, the NFL’s Most Valuable Player, age 29, and the actor nominated for an Oscar were married in California on Saturday.

In December, Steinfeld revealed she and Allen were expecting their first child in a post on Substack, including pictures from a winter maternity photoshoot. Earlier this year, she subtly showed off her baby bump at awards shows, gently cradling it on the Golden Globes red carpet.

Hailee Steinfeld, who stars in “Spider-Verse,” recently told Variety about her marriage to NFL player Josh Allen and how they manage their busy lives. She explained that when Allen’s football season ends, she’s able to fully focus on her own work.

She explained that she’s learned the importance of slowing down and enjoying life, and being able to share that with another person is the most wonderful feeling.
