Actress Hannah Einbinder, known for her role in the popular series “Hacks”, has secured a leading part in an exhilarating new horror film that promises to captivate audiences. Here’s what makes this upcoming project noteworthy.

Under the guidance of director Jane Schoenbrun, the film titled “Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma” centers around a queer filmmaker who is given the challenge of reviving a fictitious movie series known as “Camp Miasma“.
When the film director, enamored by the elusive and enigmatic actress from his movie’s final role, finds himself entangled in an intense obsession, both women find themselves swept up in a whirlwind of psychological tension and attraction.
Regarding the forthcoming horror film, Schoenbrun expressed: “I create films that I longed for as a child, and Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma is my endeavor to embody the ‘sleepover favorite:’ an exhilarating yet comforting late-night journey into insanity, inviting viewers with a tantalizing allure from the horror section in your local video store.
I’m absolutely thrilled about my summer sleepaway camp trip, where I’ll be joining the hilariously witty Hannah Einbinder, the iconic Gillian Anderson, along with the brave team at MUBI and Plan B Entertainment. Their decision to produce this film has seemingly unleashed a torrent of blood, gore, and other liquids upon us all.
