GX vs XLG at Champions 2025: The last chance for Group A
Both GIANTX and Xi Lai Gaming competed internationally for the first time this year, but in separate events. Xi Lai Gaming made their debut at Masters Toronto, finishing in 7th or 8th place. Though they didn’t win, the team from China, recently successful in their regional league, demonstrated a fresh and exciting approach to the game.
I’m really impressed with GIANTX! This is their first time competing internationally, and while it’s a new experience for the team as a whole, they’ve clearly got some skilled players. Everyone was talking about how well they played against Sentinels, and their match against Paper Rex – who everyone expected to do well – really showed they’re a team to watch. Now, they’re battling it out for the final playoff spot in Group A. Paper Rex has already made it, so the stakes are high!
