Gwyneth Paltrow’s daughter Apple Martin, 21, showcases her likeness to her famous mum, 53, as she wows in a sexy red bikini

She is the daughter of two megastars.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin’s daughter, Apple, showed she inherited her parents’ good looks at an event on Sunday.

The 21-year-old musician shared a striking beach photo on Instagram, posing in a red bikini with her blonde hair cascading around her face.

The beautiful woman posted a photo to her 45,000 followers, looking at the camera with a head tilt. Many people thought the picture strongly resembled her mother.

Apple faced criticism last month after unexpectedly performing a concert at Cannery Hall in Nashville.

Videos from Friday’s performance quickly spread online, and many people criticized the performer, accusing her of lacking the singing talent of her famous father, the lead singer of Coldplay.

An up-and-coming artist shared the stage with the musical duo Jade Street, but her performance was criticized and compared to someone singing karaoke while intoxicated.

TikTok users are expressing frustration with nepotism in the arts, with comments like ‘Nepotism has ruined creativity’ and ‘I can’t get behind artists who only succeed because of their family connections.’ Many are also wondering why this trend continues to be accepted.

Okay, so everyone on Instagram was loving her new video post, seriously, the comments were amazing! But then I checked TikTok, and honestly? Some people were just…mean. They weren’t appreciating her talent at all! It really bothered me, because it was such a beautiful performance, and those comments just didn’t get it.

Gwyneth Paltrow, 53, and Chris Martin, 48, were married for thirteen years, from 2003 until 2016, and have two children: Apple and her brother, Moses, who is 19 and pursuing a career in music.

Coldplay has won seven Grammy Awards and nine Brit Awards, and they’ve sold over 160 million records globally. Additionally, Chris Martin’s mother is also a talented singer, having appeared in the films Duets, Country Strong, and Infamous.

Many people are claiming Apple received preferential treatment because of her collaboration with Jade Street on the song “Satellite,” which comes out on October 28th.

The model looked stylish on stage with her white crop top, black miniskirt, and knee-high boots, but her singing didn’t quite measure up.

TikTok users reacted to the performance, with one commenting, ‘She’s definitely inherited Gwyneth Paltrow’s confidence,’ and another suggesting, ‘She should probably let her dad do the singing.’

Someone else questioned if this was a prank, admitting they were really confused. They briefly hoped for a positive outcome, then wondered if the person was simply a good actor.

Meanwhile, one user said: ‘Nepotism. Yikes. She’s not a singer.’

The model is a student at Vanderbilt University, where she’s majoring in law, history, and society, as she shared in an interview with Interview magazine earlier this year.

She’s also enjoying acting as a hobby, and is currently performing with the Vanderbilt Original Cast, a well-respected cabaret group.

Oh my gosh, you HAVE to hear about the show we’re doing this semester! It’s called ‘Love on an Island’ and it’s a musical parody of Love Island – seriously, it’s hilarious! I’ve seen it a few times in rehearsals and the songs are just… incredible. I can’t stop listening to them, they’re that good!

During an interview in April, she explained that because she has a naturally low voice, when the group sings harmonies, it often sounds like it’s just the male members and her – jokingly referred to as ‘the boys and Apple’.

I’m really excited to be singing my favorite song this semester. I know I’m not the strongest singer in the group, but I’m having a great time.
