Gwyneth Paltrow shares adorable video of daughter Apple and her father Chris Martin rehearsing for Debutante Ball in sweet Father’s Day tribute
Last year, Gwyneth Paltrow posted a heartwarming video showing her daughter Apple practicing with her father Chris Martin for the Debutante Ball. This was a touching Father’s Day homage.
On Sunday, the creator of Goop, who is 52 years old, utilized Instagram to honor the men in her life on this special occasion by posting numerous pictures.
The scene featured a previously undisclosed footage of Apple, aged 21, and her father Chris, who is 48 years old, enjoying a heartwarming dance together on the dance floor prior to the main event.
Gwyneth, mother of Apple and Moses (aged 19), with the well-known Coldplay frontman, expressed: ‘To the fathers who’ve had a profound impact on my life and our family—you’ve kept us grounded, brought laughter, and consistently shown warmth. Happy Father’s Day.’
Last year, I was the starstruck admirer, gracing the same room as Apple and her debonair companion, Count Leo Henckel von Donnersmarck, at the enchanting Le Bal des Débutantes held within the opulent walls of Shangri-La in Paris.

Gwyneth’s post was flooded with sweet messages from fans obsessing over Apple and Chris’ cute bond.
Some wrote: ‘Chris dancing with Apple is everything’,
A warm greeting for all the fantastic fathers out there! Watching Chris dance with Apple never fails to bring joy, it’s simply adorable.
‘Oh Chris it’s the coolest dad ever!’, ‘Aaw….Apple and Chris dancing’.
Gwyneth Paltrow shared a photo of her hand-in-hand with Chris, who maintains a friendly coparenting bond with her, while they dined together with their kids Apple and Moses.
In a 2023 interview, Gwyneth Paltrow, currently wedded to TV producer Brad Falchuk, described Apple (presumably her child) as an “outstanding companion” and someone she found incredibly enjoyable to spend time with.
She finds it truly delightful to have a daughter since she gets an incredible companion as a best friend, someone with whom she shares similar interests, and who is both witty and intelligent.

In a conversation about her kids, Emma actress mentioned that despite their differences, they share a striking similarity – they are extremely sensitive and compassionate individuals. She described them as being “very permeable” to other people’s feelings, meaning they can easily sense others’ emotions.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I find myself consistently drawn to individuals who stand out in a crowd – not just because of their towering stature, but also due to their unique perspectives on life. While these two individuals share similarities, such as their impressive height, they are distinctly different in their approaches to understanding the world around them. Each brings a fresh and intriguing perspective, making them captivating figures worthy of close examination.
My child, she’s quite the social butterfly, while the other one is more reserved. Despite their contrasting preferences, they share a common passion for snowboarding and music, and cherish their friendships.
Yet Gwyneth revealed that Apple is more like her father.
She clarified, “Moses and I feel more than just acquaintances; we genuinely enjoy staying at home and focusing on our inner selves.
I believe that, ideally, we’ve each received the best parts from both, and it’s hoped that we’ve managed to lessen any negative traits that might have been inherited.
She also said in the same People interview that Chris is a great father to their children.
‘He possesses an endearing child-like zest for life, and I adore how he suggests spontaneous outings like, “Why don’t we dive into the ocean when it’s 58 degrees?”, or, “Shall we visit this quirky guitar shop?” He’s always eager to engage in exciting escapades and activities with them.’
