Gwyneth Paltrow reveals what makes her cry while cooking her ‘full italian boyfriend breakfast’

Gwyneth Paltrow spent her Saturday morning shedding a few tears while preparing breakfast.

On Saturday, the 52-year-old actress posted a fresh video on Instagram, showcasing her preparation of an authentic Italian breakfast.

‘The “full Italian” #boyfriendbreakfast—my riff on a full English,’ she said in the caption.

Over the past weekend, she surprised fans with a video showing her cooking a ‘boyfriend’s breakfast,’ but interestingly enough, she was dressed modestly in the recently shared clip.

She did shed a few tears, though, because she had to cut up some onions as part of her meal prep.

In the video, synchronized with the tune “Egg Beater” by Royal Otis, we see Gwyneth Paltrow casually preparing for her morning meal, dressed in a relaxed white blouse, white trousers, and black slippers.

She prepared fresh hash browns by peeling a potato, putting it through a grinder, and rinsing the resulting shreds in a colander.

After squeezing out all the excess water from the potatoes using a kitchen towel, she paused to wipe away her tears, still clutching an onion, before proceeding to chop it into pieces.

Later on, Gwyneth Paltrow proceeded to melt some butter in a skillet, preparing her hash browns, and subsequently added a couple of regular sausage links and some coiled Cumberland sausages onto the griddle.

Next, she arranged several thin pieces of capicola in a pan and added a handful of sliced tomatoes before transferring it all into the oven.

Towards the conclusion, Paltrow displayed a sunny-side-up egg alongside her fully prepared and served breakfast spread.

A much-loved British morning meal, often referred to as the full English, typically consists of items such as bacon, sausages, fried or scrambled eggs, blood pudding, canned beans heated up, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, and slices of toast.

In April, Paltrow shared insights into maintaining her stunning figure during a conversation on her Goop podcast.

Currently, she admitted that despite following the Paleo diet for many years, she had recently grown tired of it and begun to incorporate more carbohydrates into her meals instead.

In my professional opinion as a lifestyle expert, I’d say that the Paleo diet is all about embracing the way our ancestors ate some 2.5 million years ago! It’s primarily focused on fresh fruits, an abundance of vegetables, lean proteins from meats and fish, eggs, nuts, and seeds – all straight from nature herself. According to trusted sources like Mayo Clinic, this is a fantastic approach for those seeking a healthier lifestyle.

Despite the claims that it promotes weight loss, reduced appetite, and increased energy, there’s limited scientific evidence available regarding its effects.

For a specific period, I delved deep into strict macrobiotic dieting, which proved to be quite intriguing as it sparked an intense fascination within me for consuming extremely healthy meals, as stated by Paltrow.

I’ve developed a deeper understanding and appreciation for food and the macrobioitic lifestyle, which closely mirrors traditional Japanese mountainous eating habits that emphasize local, seasonal produce.

A diet rich in fish, veggies, rice (with no dairy or sugar), I may have come off as somewhat preachy during that phase.
