Gwyneth Paltrow Reveals if She’ll Join Meghan Markle’s Netflix Show and Clears the Feud!

Gwyneth Paltrow, aged 52, shared insights on her text-based camaraderie with Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, and discussed potential involvement in the second season of Meghan’s show titled “With Love, Meghan.

In an interview with People published on Sunday, she admitted that her baking skills are not particularly strong. However, she left the door open for the possibility of considering it in the future.

‘Sure! Why not? You never know,’ Paltrow answered. ‘I don’t bake that well, but I can always try.’ 

The actress known for playing Iron Man explained that she hasn’t had much face-to-face interaction with someone, addressing the speculation about their alleged disagreement, since they’ve been at odds in recent times. This is a more conversational and straightforward way to convey the original sentence.

‘We have a text friendship so far. I’ve been traveling quite a bit,’ she explained.

The Oscar winner expressed her disapproval by saying, “I’m not a fan of situations where people attempt to create rivalries between women.” (Or: “She stated that she doesn’t appreciate it when people try to make women compete with each other.”)

In March, Paltrow reiterated Meghan’s name during an interview with Vanity Fair, stating unequivocally that she doesn’t consider the former Suits star as someone to compete against.

She also shared her support for the former actress’ brand: As ever. 

‘I was raised to see other women as friends, not foes,’ Paltrow said. 

I believe there’s plenty for all, and everyone should have a chance to explore what they desire. No other woman is rival in your journey.

During the same month earlier, Meghan debuted her lifestyle brand, which included a cooking and gardening program.

Spectators soon assumed there might be a disagreement between them, as some thought Meghan may have overstepped Paltrow’s space when she entered the domain of Goop.

Previously, Meghan operated a lifestyle and culinary blog named “The Tig,” which she initiated in 2014. However, following her encounter with Prince Harry, she discontinued the blog three years later.

Initially starting as a weekly newsletter for home and lifestyle tips back in 2008, Gwyneth Paltrow has since grown Goop into a vast wellness empire valued at around $250 million.

Afterward, the duo convened to discuss the rumored dispute, as Meghan unexpectedly joined Paltrow during her Q&A session on Instagram Stories.

When a fan questioned Paltrow regarding their supposed disagreement, she explained: ” frankly, I don’t grasp this concept in the slightest.

Next, she shifted the camera’s focus elsewhere, disclosing that Meghan was seated in the same space, expressing her uncertainty about the situation through gestures as well.

In the very same community of Montecito, California, they both reside – a fact that Paltrow mentioned during her conversation with People as well.
