The Los Angeles singer, age 53, shared her six-step morning routine that she completes in the bathroom immediately after waking up.

Most Americans shower, brush their teeth, and use the toilet after waking up, but these activities aren’t included in the list we’re discussing.

The clip is essentially an ad for her GOOP products.

The Academy Award-winning actress starts her day by scraping her tongue with copper. This helps keep her mouth clean by removing bacteria and freshening her breath. It also seems to improve her sense of taste and may even benefit her overall health by reducing inflammation and the amount of bacteria in her body.

Next the blonde stuffs a packet in her mouth which she said is for ‘oil pulling.’

Oil pulling is a traditional Ayurvedic technique where you swish oil around in your mouth for as long as 20 minutes to help keep your mouth clean and healthy.

Then she washes her face with a GOOP cleanser which she says smells nice.

Following that, Brad Pitt’s ex-partner uses a serum from GOOP containing peptides, claiming it gives her glowing skin.

Peptide serum is a skincare product made with peptides – tiny chains of amino acids. These amino acids are the building blocks of important proteins like collagen and elastin, which help keep skin healthy and looking young.

Gwyneth Paltrow, daughter of actress Blythe Danner, then applies a moisturizer she loves, describing it as rich and perfect for her dry skin.
