The title, ‘This year I have let go of…’, was clearly displayed on the snippet in large white letters. To start off, she posted a picture with her daughter Apple (20 years old) and son Moses (18 years old). She also mentioned that she has moved past the stage where everyone in her family is living under one roof at all times.
Additionally, items included within the category of ‘letting go’ encompassed ‘our house,’ ‘dear friends from work,’ ‘a beloved pet,’ and ‘the city of Los Angeles.’

This comes despite the company suffering its second round of layoffs in late October.
Approximately ten individuals from the various departments such as beauty, programming, engineering, and creative were let go in the latest round of Goop downsizing, representing a relatively small fraction – under six percent – of their overall workforce.
In September, approximately 18% of the 216-member workforce at the e-commerce site were let go, which equates to nearly 40 individuals.
Nonetheless, the Oscar-winning actress remained optimistic about the upcoming year, expressing her intention to regularly reevaluate all aspects of her life.
