  • Look at the top right corner, there’s an arrow icon.
  • Click on the button.

  • You’ll be redirected to the mobirix help center.
  • Select the game, Gunfight King.
  • Go through the page, and you can search for your inquiry.
  • Besides, you can select the type of your problems from the FAQ section.
  • Any game-related issue or otherwise is here, as the game has provided solutions in articles.

Honestly though, I’ve mostly just found Facebook to be the place where I can actually get a response, so that’s really the only option I’ve had any luck with so far.

To send your request through our support center, you’ll need to include any files or information that helps explain your issue. Here’s a guide on how to do it:

  • Go to the Support Page from the in-game option or the official website.
  • Select the Game and Type of Inquiry.
  • Enter your Email, Nickname, UID, Inquiry Title, Inquiry Details, attach any files if you have, mark the terms and conditions, and click Submit.
