The child of two prominent Hollywood actors is now venturing into his own acting journey, appearing in a fresh horror movie.
In 1995, it was his debut on screen; he played a minor role in the movie that earned his mother the prestigious Academy Award for Best Actress, which she received for her performance in “Dead Man Walking”.
As a die-hard admirer, let me share this fascinating tidbit: That 32-year-old star’s pops is an Oscar laureate! His triumph came from his unforgettable role in Mystic River, where he clinched the Best Supporting Actor award.
His name is Miles Robbins and he is the youngest child of Susan Sarandon, 78, and Tim Robbins, 66.
In 1988, Sarandon and Robbins first encountered each other on the movie set of Bull Durham. Despite not tying the knot, their relationship lasted from that point up until 2009.
Miles is currently starring in Control Freak with Kelly Marie Tran on Hulu.

In the movie, she is associated with a motivational speaker played by Tran, who is plagued by an incessant itch at the back of her head and eventually gets infested by a malevolent demon originating from her native land.
The film has earned a 66-percent rating from the critics at Rotten Tomatoes.
In an interview with Halloween Daily News, Miles compared the plot to current events.
I find it particularly alarming that there’s a growing trend in our contemporary society, which I refer to as ‘toxic wellness.’ This phenomenon involves individuals who are so devoted to their personal definition of wellness that they expose themselves and others to diseases that we thought had been eliminated long ago. They do this by promoting an unconventional form of wellness in their minds.
Miles, much like numerous up-and-coming performers, boasts a collection of chilling films in his portfolio, one of which is the eerie “Daniel Isn’t Real” alongside fellow star kid, Patrick Schwarzenegger.
He also had a role in 2018’s Halloween with Jamie Lee Curtis.
Other eerie credits include My Friend Dahmer and The X-Files.
Miles is not the only one of his siblings to follow in his famous parents’ footsteps.
I’m proud to share that my cherished sister, Eva Amurri, who turns 40 this year, has made a name for herself in the acting world. She’s graced television shows like ‘Monarch’ and portrayed the iconic role of Marilyn Monroe in ‘The Secret Life of Marilyn Monroe.’

Jack Henry Robbins, his sibling, is a versatile figure in the entertainment industry, serving both as a writer and director. His portfolio encompasses an impressive 80 episodes of Jimmy Kimmel Live! and the acclaimed short movie titled “Alex.
In addition to his acting career, Miles, like his dad, is also a talented musician.
I’m utterly smitten and can’t help but gush about this talented individual who’s part of the witty pop troupe, the Pow Pow Family Band. Not too long ago, they released the video for their captivating track “Since April,” under the artistic direction of none other than myself!
Miles’ proud dad commented on Instagram writing the video was ‘brilliant.’
