And eventually the two got married, had kids, and they remain married today.

Kate played sizzling nightclub singer Willie Scott.

She clicked immediately with the archaeologist known as Dr. Henry Walton ‘Indiana’ Jones Jr.

Kate was also known for marrying the film’s director Spielberg in 1991. 

Among her other successful movies are Dreamscape from 1984, Power (1986), SpaceCamp in the same year, Black Rain (1989), Love Affair (1994), Just Cause (1995), The Locusts (1997), and The Love Letter (1999).

Born Kathleen Sue Spielberg in Texas, she got her start in the 1970s in New York City.

Her first role was on the soap opera The Edge of Night. 

She starred in Dreamscape in 1984.

In 1984, she secured the role of Willie Scott in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, which was Steven Spielberg’s upcoming film. During this time, she also encountered and later married the renowned film director, Steven Spielberg. And she played camp instructor Andie Bergstrom in the 1986 film SpaceCamp.

Then came Power (1986) with Richard Gere, and The Quick and The Dead (1987) with Sam Elliott. 

She was the temptress opposite Michael Douglas and Andy García in Black Rain (1989).

Subsequently, she collaborated with Sean Connery on the film Just Cause (1995) and teamed up with Warren Beatty and Annette Bening for the movie Love Affair (1994).
