Yesterday, Scottish actress Karen Gillan unveiled the initial peek of her baby girl Clementine to her vast online audience through social media platforms.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share a heartfelt moment from my personal life. Just like you might do in your cozy abodes, my partner Nick Kocher (38) and I, the Jumanji star (37), have been capturing precious moments at home with our little bundle of joy. We’ve been sharing these cherished snippets on Instagram for all to see and appreciate.

Just the other day, I found myself strolling around Los Angeles with my latest bundle of joy in a gray pram. At that moment, neither the identity nor the sex of the person I was accompanying became public knowledge.

In 2018, Ms Gillan revealed her desire to eventually have children.

On Michael Rosenbaum’s Inside of You podcast, she expressed her desire by saying: ‘I really want to have children, it’ll be a blast! I believe I could make a great mother. I feel confident that I would excel at playing and connecting with kids, almost like being one of them myself.’

The cobblestone paths, the stone walls, and the cozy fireplace transport me back to the land of kilts and bagpipes, where I was born and bred. And so, while I cannot say with certainty when the winds of fate will blow me back across the sea, I know deep down that Scotland will always beckon me home.

In May 2022, Ms. Gillan tied the knot with Mr. Kocher at Castle Toward, located on the Cowal Peninsula. They first got acquainted when Ms. Gillan found him among her ‘suggested friends’ on Instagram.
