Grand Outlaws brings GTA-style chaos with multiple modes, set for an Android soft launch in the US
Story Highlights
- Grand Outlaws is a GTA-like open-world game by Dubai-based Hardbit Studio.
- The game will offer open-world gameplay with racing, deathmatch, battle royale, and zombie modes.
- With Android launch before August, iOS and PC will arrive in October 2025, with console versions arriving in 2026.
A new game similar to Grand Theft Auto is about to surface soon, and it seems quite daring and thrilling based on previews. The game is called “Grand Outlaws” and hails from Hardbit Game Studios, a company based in Dubai. They plan to soft-launch the game on April 16th, 2025, exclusively for Android devices in the United States.
Consider it as a portable equivalent of GTA Online, packed with action, excitement, and an abundance of activities. This game plunges you into a vast, vibrant universe where you can race, fight adversaries, and even endure zombie apocalypses.
Grand Outlaws includes an ever-expanding map, Gun Shop, Car Garage and more features
You’ll find an expanding world map to wander, engage in various mini-games, or simply socialize with others. It offers three racing options, two distinct deathmatch scenarios, zombie survival challenges, and a battle royale mode – catering to all types of gamers.

To learn more about what you can anticipate, the game’s trailer offers a comprehensive preview. It showcases aspects like the Gun Shop, Car Garage, the open-world environment, and control mechanisms as well. Additionally, it features Role-Playing Games (RPGs) and Snipers, adding an extra layer of excitement to the gameplay.
The team has unveiled their timeline for the complete project rollout. Starting this summer or fall, the initial release will be available on Android devices and mobile versions of the Epic Store, followed by iOS, Steam, and Epic Store PC versions in October 2025.
As an enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that console support for PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch is slated for 2026, complete with a cross-platform multiplayer feature. For those in the US, the wait ends on April 16, 2025, as Android users get early access. I’ll be sure to keep you posted once the store links are activated!
I can’t keep track anymore of the number of upcoming mobile games that are similar to GTA. Games like “Gangs Fighter: Vice Island”, “Garena Free City”, “Codename Crime-Vice Open World” from Tencent Games, “Real Gangster City of Crime”, and “City of Outlaws”, just to name a few. It’s becoming quite a list! I hope they all live up to expectations.
