The 2026 Grammy Awards are almost here, and it’s a huge event for the music industry. However, if you enjoy genres like metal or polka, you might not see much representation. The Grammys heavily focus on pop and hip-hop, so expect to see mostly artists from those genres featured in the show.
Okay, so the Grammys are happening on Sunday, February 1st, starting at 8 PM Eastern. And guess what? Trevor Noah is hosting again – that’s his sixth year in a row! Honestly, it’s awesome. He’s been a fantastic host, so it totally makes sense they keep bringing him back. As a viewer, I’m happy about it!
You can watch the Grammys on CBS or stream it on Paramount+. Here’s a list of the announced performers and presenters, and we’ll add more details as they become available.

The artists marked with an asterisk are nominated for Best New Artist and will all be performing. As usual, some of these nominees aren’t actually new to music – they’ve been working to gain recognition for quite some time.
Everyone is wondering if Taylor Swift will perform. She announced a new album was coming out about two years ago, and since she just released one in the fall, it’s doubtful she’d release another so quickly. Because of this, she might decide not to attend the ceremony.
2026 Grammy Awards presenters
- Harry Styles
- Doechii
More presenters for the Grammys will be announced beyond Styles and Doechii, and we’ll share updates as they become available. However, many fans wouldn’t mind if Styles was the only one presenting!
2026 is shaping up to be a big year for Harry Styles. He’s releasing a new album on March 6th and will be hitting the road on a major tour. If you don’t catch him at the Grammys, don’t worry – you’ll have plenty of other opportunities to see him throughout the year.

Okay, so basically, the award goes to everyone involved in making the album – the artists, songwriters, producers, and all the engineers who worked on it. But here’s the catch: they need to have contributed to at least 20% of the album’s total playing time to get recognized. It’s about acknowledging significant contributions, not just a quick assist.

Okay, so I’m completely obsessed with Tyler, The Creator’s CHROMAKOPIA. It’s amazing how much he does himself – he produced the whole thing and wrote all the songs! Huge shoutout to NealHPogue, Tyler Okonma (that’s him again!), and Vic Wainstein for their work engineering and mixing it, and to Mike Bozzi for mastering – it all sounds incredible. Seriously, this album is a masterpiece, and it’s cool to see who brought it all to life.
