Gordon Ramsay reaches out to Brooklyn Beckham as the aspiring chef gets back in the kitchen after David and Victoria’s surprise olive branch

Gordon Ramsay contacted Brooklyn Beckham after Beckham started cooking again this week.

Brooklyn, age 26, has been sharing his recipes online and recently received compliments from both his grandmother – despite a family disagreement – and a professional chef.

After seeing his ‘amazing’ beef wellington on Instagram, TV chef Gordon made sure to comment. 

Showing his approval, he wrote: ‘Looks delicious @brooklynpeltzbeckham great job.’ 

Brooklyn showed how he prepared dinner, carefully cutting his fillet of beef into bite-sized pieces and seasoning it before wrapping it tightly in plastic wrap.

David and Victoria’s oldest son prepared mushrooms by chopping and sautéing them. He then seared his beef in a pan and topped it with Dijon mustard.

He spread spinach on plastic wrap, then layered prosciutto and mushrooms over it before rolling up the beef.

Brooklyn covered the dish with pastry, brushed it with an egg wash, and then baked it.

He was clearly delighted after cooking it, proudly showing off the golden pastry and the beautifully pink beef inside.

Alongside the dish, he made Bisto gravy and tucked in giving a nod and a thumbs up in approval. 

People quickly commented that the meal looked ‘absolutely incredible.’ Victoria’s mother, Jackie Adams, who is one of Brooklyn’s grandparents, also noticed the dish.

Jackie commented on her grandson Brooklyn’s post, writing, ‘That looks amazing! Lots of love xx’ to show her support and affection.

Last week, Brooklyn’s parents suggested he might be getting back on good terms with them, mentioning how impressed they were with his cooking.

Even though Victoria and David aren’t on good terms with their son, they still offer him support and recently complimented his cooking after seeing a post he shared online last Thursday.

A former Spice Girl member and a footballer showed support for a new video he posted on Instagram, where he was making buttermilk pancakes for his followers.

Victoria and David Beckham’s recent public appearance with their son Brooklyn follows his absence from both Victoria’s fashion show in Paris and the launch of her new documentary earlier this month.

Victoria, Brooklyn’s mother, recently discussed how her relationship with her son has changed due to their ongoing disagreement.

The fashion designer discussed her family life on the Call Me Daddy podcast with Alex Cooper, but she didn’t mention Brooklyn by name.

Victoria explained that she strives to create a comfortable and open environment where her children feel they can talk to her about anything that’s bothering them.

She explained that their family is very close and open with each other. They make sure everyone knows they can talk about anything without judgment, and that creating a safe space for communication is a high priority.

When asked about how she and David navigate changes within their family, she emphasized the importance of open communication.

That’s just how we’ve always raised our children – letting them be themselves. And honestly, I’m so thrilled for each of them. They’re all wonderfully unique, with their own passions and interests, and it’s amazing to watch them pursue what they love.

Brooklyn reportedly grew distant from his family after missing his father’s 50th birthday party in May.

In a seeming attempt to reconcile with her son and daughter-in-law, Victoria included footage of Brooklyn and Nicola in her documentary series, even though they were not speaking at the time.

During her September 2024 show at Paris Fashion Week, Victoria shared a heartfelt speech about wanting to make her family and team feel proud of her work.

Oh my gosh, the video was EVERYTHING! It kept flashing between all of Victoria’s amazing friends and colleagues, and in the background, you could just see Brooklyn and Nicola, looking so happy and chatting with everyone. It was like a little peek into their world, and I seriously couldn’t stop watching!

Victoria’s husband, David, and their children – Romeo, 23, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 14 – received more attention in the broadcast and were seen happily seated in the front row before the show began.
