Goobie Garden blends Tamagotchi charm with autobattling chaos, launching on mobile this Winter
Story Highlights
- Goobie Garden is a free-to-play creature collector where the world evolves with you daily.
- This game will let you send Rhapsodies from Athenian Rhapsody and Tales of Tuscany to unlock exclusive Goobies, decorations, and more in future updates.
- It offers monthly updates, seasonal realm changes, rotating Legendary Goobies, new customizations like hats and effects, and more.
In Q4 2025, Athenian Rhapsody LLC plans to debut their animal collection game, Goobie Garden, on both Android and iOS devices. Initially conceived as a playful livestream concept by the creator of Athenian Rhapsody, Nico Papalia, the game will have a public beta testing phase in August, and interested players can pre-register for it.
Get ready to raise, evolve, and battle with the most lovable creatures
As a gamer, I’d say “Goobie Garden” is a delightful, no-cost creature-collecting adventure that merges the pet nurturing aspect of a Tamagotchi with the self-fighting mechanics of Super Auto Pets and the gathering sensation of Pokémon GO. In this game, I’ll be hatching peculiar little critters known as Goobies, nurture them by tenderly pummeling them (in a loving way, of course!) and by providing them with EXP food to help them grow stronger.
We’ve officially unveiled the upcoming free mobile game, Athenian Rhapsody: Goobie Garden! Keep an eye out for its release later this year… And don’t forget to sign up for updates via my Linktree to receive special items at launch!!! 🌱✨⚡️

In each Goobie, there’s a unique name, role, elemental affinity, and personality that develops as you nurture them. Along the way, you’ll encounter peculiar questions whose answers shape their evolution. I’m thrilled to introduce Thunder Goober, the beloved mascot from the game Athenian Rhapsody.
Following the triumph of Athenian Rhapsody, its creator identified an opportune time to broaden it into a live-service. Soon, you’ll be able to distribute Rhapsodies – the beloved collectible postcards from both the original game and Tales of Tuscany – which will grant access to unique Goobies, decorations, and additional features.
Complete your Goobiedex, climb the PvP ladder, and more
Essentially, the main gameplay involves gathering lots of Goobies to complete your Goobiedex and developing lasting friendships to reveal their ultimate transformations. I’m particularly looking forward to scaling the PvP leaderboard every month for different prizes. Remember that this is an autobattling game.
The title of this live service appears intriguing, as it delivers a game world that adapts to real-life seasons, introducing fresh Goobies, decorations, customization items such as hats and visual effects, and much more. An added bonus is the periodic appearance of Rare Goobies.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, Goobie Garden will make its debut exclusively on Android and iOS devices. The initial public beta testing phase for this game is set for August, and interested individuals can pre-register through the official website to secure their spot. Additionally, those who pre-register will receive special rewards at the game’s launch.
