Amy Tapper, known from the TV show Gogglebox, revealed she’s lost an impressive seven stone. She shared that she achieved this weight loss with the help of the Mounjaro injection, a medication that has sparked some debate.
The 25-year-old TV personality had previously shared a before-and-after photo, revealing she’d lost enough weight to go down three dress sizes in just one year.
Amy recently shared her impressive results online, looking fantastic in a black swimsuit in her newest Instagram photo.
She struck a confident pose in front of the mirror and playfully captioned the photo with the opening line of the classic fairytale, ‘Mirror, Mirror on the wall…’
Amy completed her look with sunglasses and styled her curly hair up, prompting compliments from her followers in the comments section.
Amy recently shared that she began using weight loss injections in June 2024, explaining she felt she had exhausted all other options.
 


She recently shared with The Sun that she’s been able to fit into a size 18 for the first time since her teenage years, which she finds amazing.
‘It’s changed my life. I get annoyed, though, that some people call it the “lazy way out”.
I want to make it clear that I haven’t been inactive when it comes to my weight for the past 17 years. This feels like the only path that’s allowed me to make progress.
Amy has been taking a 15mg weekly dose since February, which she worked her way up to from 2.5mg.
Amy turned heads at a family wedding in July with her stunning floral dress and noticeably slimmer figure.
Amy wore a blue summer dress to a weekend celebration, but she shared a photo on her Instagram Story of herself wearing the same dress in green from last year.
She penned: ‘What a difference a year can make! Same dress, different print and 3 sizes smaller.’
Amy shared in April that she had lost a significant 6 stone, and she happily displayed her weight loss.


She shared some beautiful photos and wrote a heartfelt message: ‘Spending the day with my amazing friends and family – I love them all so much!’

The popular TV personality has been sharing her progress with fans as she gets in shape, and she’s excited to celebrate each achievement.
In April, she posted a video of herself getting emotional while weighing in and discovering she’d lost six stone. She then excitedly celebrated with her trainer, jumping and cheering.
Amy was overjoyed and shared a video with the caption: ‘Wow! I’ve lost six stone! I’m so proud of how far I’ve come!’
