Amy Tapper, a well-known figure from the show “Gogglebox,” recently unveiled her remarkable five-stone weight loss transformation by posting a motivating before-and-after picture on Instagram. This revelation occurred on a Wednesday.
The television host, 24 years old, who became part of the ITV program in 2013, appeared joyful while striking a pose in a snug white blouse.
In front of a mirror, Amy posed for a selfie, donning a stylish black-and-white outfit reminiscent of her 2022 look, emphasizing her remarkable transformation.
Over the past three years, Amy has managed to shed a substantial amount of weight by embracing a healthier lifestyle.
She wrote that she is ‘proud of herself’ and never thought she was going to reach her milestone.
The former “Gogglebox” celebrity, who stepped down from the show in 2018, wrote in their caption: ‘I’ve shed 5 stone now and couldn’t be more content. I never thought I could achieve this goal, so I must admit, I’m quite proud of my progress.’

In another photo from an album, Amy showed the change by first posing in a tie-dye hoodie and later sharing a video of herself stepping onto a set of scales.
After Amy took up the challenge to improve herself, she shared inspiring photos as she successfully lost more than 3.5 stones.
At the start of 2022, Amy announced that she initiated her year with a significant achievement: reducing her waistline by 33 centimeters over a span of five weeks.
She frequently shares workout videos featuring weightlifting, boxing, and gym visits on social media, allowing her audience to stay informed about her fitness and weight loss progress.
In November 2022, she confessed that for five years on the widely-known Channel 4 program, she had engaged in persistent online bullying. This experience led her to experiment with various harmful diet trends repeatedly.
Instead of sticking due to quick solutions, Amy found it challenging to sustain her weight loss. However, once she adopted a more favorable lifestyle, her health improvement has significantly accelerated.
Amy shared that she realized at an early age she was larger-bodied than most children around her, and though she never experienced bullying, she always kept cognizant of her size.
At the age of thirteen, she teamed up with her mother Nikki (aged 51), father Jonathan (aged 56), and older brother Josh (aged 26) for their stint on Gogglebox.
The show instantly propelled her into the public eye and the scrutiny of cruel social media trolls.
Amy confessed that during the broadcast of new Gogglebox episodes, she frequently typed her name on Twitter, finding herself confronted with mean-spirited remarks about her body weight from online trolls.
