Amy Tapper, known from the show Gogglebox, recently shared a photo highlighting her impressive weight loss of seven stone. She achieved this transformation with the help of the Mounjaro medication.
The 25-year-old television personality had previously shared a before-and-after photo, revealing she’d lost enough weight to go down three dress sizes in just one year.
She’s still showing off her results since her doctor started her on the weight loss injection.
She looked fantastic in a white blouse and black pants while out for the evening.
This follows her admission that she began using weight loss injections last June, feeling she had exhausted all other options.
She recently told The Sun that she’s been able to fit into a size 18 for the first time since her teens, which she finds incredible.

‘It’s changed my life. I get annoyed though that some people call it the ‘lazy way out’.
I want to make it clear that I haven’t spent the last 17 years avoiding weight loss. This has been my consistent effort, and it’s the only thing that’s allowed me to make progress.
She has been taking a 15mg weekly dose since February which she worked her way up to from 2.5mg.
Amy looked stunning in a floral dress with a low neckline when she attended a family wedding in July, and showed off her noticeably slimmer figure.
Amy, 25, wore a blue summer dress to a weekend event, but she shared a photo on her Instagram Story of herself wearing the same dress in green from last year.
She penned: ‘What a difference a year can make! Same dress, different print and 3 sizes smaller’.
Amy shared back in April that she’d lost a significant 6 stone, and she was happy to show off her progress.
She shared some beautiful photos with the caption: ‘Such a wonderful day with the people I love most – my amazing friends and cousins! I love you all!’ ❤️
‘It was an honour to be a witness and officially sign of your marriage @benmyers96 @carlamyersxx’.
The popular TV personality has been sharing her progress with fans as she gets in shape, and she’s excited to celebrate each achievement.

In April, she posted a video of herself getting emotional while weighing in – she’d lost six stone! She was overjoyed and celebrated with her trainer by cheering and jumping around.
Amy excitedly shared a video with the caption: ‘Wow! I’ve lost six stone – I’m so proud of how far I’ve come!’
I’ll be sharing more about what I’ve been going through soon – there’s a lot to unpack, and I’m still figuring out the best way to share it all. On to the next challenge, with lots of love! ❤️
You’ve been more than just a trainer to me – you’re a true friend and have really helped me work through things, like a therapist. I honestly couldn’t have done this without your constant support, so thank you for everything! ❤️
Amy first became well-known in 2013 when she and her family appeared on the Channel 4 show Gogglebox. She left the show in 2018 and has been sharing updates on her life through Instagram ever since.
She regularly shares videos of her workouts – including weightlifting, boxing, and gym sessions – to keep her followers updated on her progress as she loses weight.
She shared a before-and-after photo on social media, showing herself wearing the same sweater from 2022. The sweater now fits much looser, highlighting her weight loss.
The reality star shared that she felt proud of herself, explaining she never thought she could accomplish her goal.
I’ve lost five stone, and I’m thrilled! I never imagined I’d get this far, so I’m really proud of my progress.
Thanks so much for your support, @tashelite.fitness! Check out our reaction in the photos (swipe to see).
Oh my gosh, I still remember when she first appeared on Gogglebox! It was incredible – she was only thirteen! And the whole family was there, her mom Nikki, who’s amazing, her dad Jonathan, and even her big brother Josh. Seeing them all together on my TV was just… everything!
The show instantly propelled her into the public eye and the scrutiny of cruel social media trolls.
Amy shared that she used to search for her name on Twitter while Gogglebox was on, and was upset to find people leaving hurtful comments about her weight.
Oh my gosh, it was awful! My dad and I, we’d get ripped apart online about our bodies, just awful comments. And me? People were *always* complaining about how loud I was, like, seriously? It just really bothered me, you know? It felt so personal, like they were attacking us for just…being ourselves.

It was really hurtful when people on Twitter started calling us ‘the fat family from Gogglebox.’ It’s especially unfair because my mum and brother have always been a healthy weight.
However, she added: ‘Everyone seems to be interested in my weight loss and ask questions about it.
Honestly, most people are okay, I think they *try* to be nice. But sometimes you get those really awful comments, and they sting, you know? Thankfully, I’m surrounded by the most incredible, supportive friends and family, and they’ve really helped me get through everything. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without them!
It’s come full circle now, as people are sharing my weight loss journey online and also sharing their own goals and progress. It feels incredible when they tell me I’ve inspired them.
