Gogglebox star Amy Tapper shows off her incredible 7st weight loss in a denim dress after revealing she shed the pounds with Mounjaro jab

As a lifestyle expert, I’m always thrilled to see people prioritizing their health! I recently saw photos of Amy Tapper from Gogglebox, and she looks fantastic! She’s lost a remarkable amount of weight – around 7 stone – and she’s been open about using the Mounjaro injection to help her on her journey. It’s inspiring to see her confidence shining through in those holiday snaps!

The 25-year-old TV personality had previously shared a before-and-after photo, revealing she’d lost enough weight to go down three dress sizes in just one year.

Amy showcased her impressive results and looked stunning in a fashionable blue denim dress as she posed on her hotel balcony.

Oh my gosh, she just glowed in that outfit! It was so perfect for summer – a sweet little scoop neck, and the bodice was totally cinched, giving her the most amazing shape. And the skirt? It just flowed! It was pleated, so it moved beautifully with every step. I seriously can’t stop thinking about it!

The TV personality captioned the new photos: ‘Another day another slay (dancing emojis).’ 

Amy recently shared that she began using weight loss injections in June 2024, explaining she felt she had exhausted all other options.

She recently told The Sun that she’s been able to fit into a size 18 for the first time since her teenage years, which she finds amazing.

‘It’s changed my life. I get annoyed, though, that some people call it the “lazy way out”.

I want to make it clear that I haven’t been inactive when it comes to my weight for the past 17 years. This has been the only path that’s allowed me to progress this far.

Amy has been taking a 15mg weekly dose since February, which she worked her way up to from 2.5mg.

Amy turned heads in a beautiful floral dress with a low neckline at a family wedding this past July, showing off her noticeably slimmer physique.

Amy wore a blue summer dress to a weekend celebration, but she shared a photo on her Instagram Story of herself wearing the same dress in green from the previous year.

She penned: ‘What a difference a year can make! Same dress, different print and 3 sizes smaller.’

Amy shared in April that she had lost a significant 6 stone, and she happily displayed her weight loss.

She shared some beautiful photos and wrote a sweet message: ‘Such a wonderful day with the people I love most – my best friends and cousins! I’m so lucky to have you all.’

The popular TV personality has been sharing her progress with fans as she gets in shape, celebrating each achievement she makes.

Oh my gosh, I was so happy to see the video she posted in April! She was getting weighed, and you could just see the shock and joy on her face when she found out she’d lost six stone! She was literally jumping for joy with her trainer – it was the most amazing thing, honestly. I rewatched it like, ten times!

Amy was overjoyed and shared a video with the caption: ‘Wow! I’ve lost six stone! I’m so proud of how far I’ve come!’
