On the weekend, Amy Tapper was stunning in a deep-necked flowery gown, highlighting her trim physique during a family wedding event, where she displayed her slender figure.
Now, the Gogglebox celebrity has disclosed that she’s shed around three dress sizes within a year, as she posted a side-by-side image wearing the same gown.
In the weekend’s festivities, Amy, who is 25 years old, chose a blue summer dress. However, on her Instagram Story posted on Tuesday, we see her in the exact same dress, but this time it was green from last year.
She penned: ‘What a difference a year can make! Same dress, different print and 3 sizes smaller’.
Previously, in April, Amy had shared that she had lost a remarkable 6 stones. On Sunday, she showcased the fruits of her diligent labor with obvious pride.
Posting some remarkable photos she composed: “Great day for exceptional individuals. My dearest friends and cousins, I can’t express enough my affection for you 💖
‘It was an honour to be a witness and officially sign of your marriage @benmyers96 @carlamyersxx’.

The well-known TV personality regularly shares her progress on her health and fitness voyage with her audience, taking pride in posting her achievements as they come.
In April, she posted a video showing her getting tearful after stepping on the scales and discovering she had lost an impressive 6 stone. Overjoyed, she leaped around excitedly together with her fitness coach.
Overflowing with excitement, Amy titled the video: “Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Lost 6 stones! I can hardly believe it – I’m incredibly proud of my achievement…
I assure you, I’ll be revealing more about my experiences shortly. There’s a lot I want to express, and I’m working on finding the most effective approach. Cheers to the upcoming steps and more! ❤️
Beyond just being my fitness coach, you’re also a dear friend and almost like a counselor. I can’t imagine accomplishing any of this without your constant guidance and encouragement. Thank you so much for everything you do ❤️.
Amy, who gained popularity along with her family on Gogglebox back in 2013 and then left Channel 4 in 2018, has been sharing updates about her journey on Instagram.
She frequently shares videos of her workout routines involving weights, boxing, and gym visits, allowing her audience to track her progress in weight loss.
Recently, she posted a selfie taken in front of a mirror in February. In this photo, she demonstrated her significant progress over time by wearing a sweater she had worn the previous year (in 2022). Now, due to her weight loss, the sweater appears baggy on her.

The television personality openly expressed feeling “pleased with herself” because she never thought she could accomplish her aim.
I’ve lost 5 stones, and I’ve never felt more content! I didn’t think I could ever achieve this milestone, so I’m truly proud of what I’ve accomplished.
Ever since the journey began, you’ve never left my side, Tashe! Swipe to see how thrilled we are about it today ❤️ #TasheFanForever
After Amy started her mission to lose 3.5 stones early in 2022, she took some motivational photos following her success. In just five weeks, she managed to slim down 33 centimeters from her waist, thereby energizing and setting the pace for her entire year.
That same November, she confessed that her five-year stint on Gogglebox had prompted her to engage in persistent online bullying, which in turn caused her to resort to a never-ending pattern of following harmful diet trends for years.
Instead of relying on quick solutions for her weight loss, Amy found it challenging to sustain the change, but she credited her recent progress in health improvement to adopting a more positive lifestyle shift.
From an early age, she understood that she was larger than most of her friends, and even though she never experienced bullying, she was mindful of her size throughout her life.
At the tender age of 13, she became a part of her family – mother Nikki (age 51), father Jonathan (age 56), and older brother Josh (age 26) – on the TV show Gogglebox.
The show instantly propelled her into the public eye and the scrutiny of cruel social media trolls.
Amy frequently entered her name on Twitter during the broadcast of Gogglebox episodes, finding that internet users posted unkind remarks about her body weight.

She shared that her father and herself often received harsh remarks regarding our body weights, and on top of that, I’ve had folks critiquing the volume of my voice as well.
Experiencing a rather disappointing situation. Some individuals on Twitter labeled us as the overweight family from Gogglebox, however, my mother and my sibling have always been free of such health issues related to weight.
However, she added: ‘Everyone seems to be interested in my weight loss and ask questions about it.
Generally, they act with good intentions, but occasionally, they can make harsh remarks. Fortunately, I’m fortunate to have incredible, encouraging individuals in my life who have helped me manage such situations effectively.
Lately, I’ve noticed a wonderful cycle where folks on my social media platforms are joining me in my weight loss journey and even sharing their own aspirations and advancements. It’s incredibly rewarding to receive gratitude from them as they acknowledge me as their source of motivation.
