Kakao Games has announced that its new action RPG, Goddess Order, will be taken offline for an indefinite period, only a month after it was released. The game’s developer, Pixel Tribe – the team behind Crusaders Quest – explained that they are facing financial and operational challenges that prevent them from continuing to update the game.
Pixel Tribe cites financial and operational difficulties as the main reason for this
You may recall Goddess Order, the action RPG released in September after a limited launch in July. It features beautiful, hand-drawn pixel art and lets you create a team of three knights to fight in quick, side-scrolling battles, unleashing impressive combo attacks.
Dear Knights,
The Goddess Order team is writing with an important update about the game’s future. We’re sorry to share some difficult news regarding upcoming content and the game’s service. We’ve been working hard on new features and improvements, but…

The team behind Goddess Order announced on X that the game is currently in maintenance, and will remain so indefinitely. This is because Pixel Tribe, the company responsible for updates and maintenance, has stated they are facing financial problems and can no longer support the game.
Upcoming Olek and major November updates follows cancellation
It’s especially disappointing because the team had been working on two significant updates – one planned for November 5th, called the Olek Update, and another for November 12th. Unfortunately, both have now been cancelled. They explained that they can no longer create or release any new content or events.
We were excited about this game after speaking with Pixel Tribe in August. Terron Jung, their Content Director, mentioned the launch was just the first step, and Producer Jinsung Choi said their aim was to make ‘Goddess Order’ a game people could enjoy daily.
Despite the challenges, the team has assured players they’ll work hard to maintain the game’s accessibility given the current technical limitations.
After this announcement, we’ve stopped all purchases within the app, but you can now request refunds through the in-game help system. While it’s not ideal, we hope the developers can recover or offer an offline version of the game at some point.
