The new Winter’s Carol update is here for Goddess of Victory: NIKKE! It includes two new powerful Nikkes (SSR), returning banners, brand-new costumes, a story event with full voice acting, and lots of other activities to keep you busy this season. Here’s a detailed look at everything included in the update.

Goddess of Victory: NIKKE ‘Winter’s Carol’ Event and Update Overview

New SSR Nikkes: Diesel and Brid

SSR Diesel: Winter Sweets is a new Attacker joining the game. She specializes in dealing consistent damage, and her Burst Skill lets her hit several enemies repeatedly. She wields the Candy Line rocket launcher, utilizes the Fire element, and is a member of Elysion.

You’ll be able to recruit her during a limited-time event starting after maintenance on December 4, 2025, and ending on December 25, 2025. You can use Gems or Advanced Recruit Vouchers to add her to your team. The new character, SSR Brid: Silent, is a Supporter who is especially effective against Wind Code enemies.

This character’s special ability, her Burst Skill, significantly increases the attack power of all your allies, creating a powerful damage boost during battles. She’s equipped with the ‘Silent Steam’ shotgun and carries ‘Fire Code’. Originally from Elysion, her availability runs from December 11th to December 31st, 2025. Like Diesel’s banner, this is a limited-time offer with standard recruitment rules.

New Costumes

Blanc is getting a new costume called Fortune Express, complete with voice acting, a special animation for her ultimate skill, a unique pose, and a special animation when viewing her on the world map. You can get this costume through the Costume Gacha. Bready is also receiving a winter-themed costume, Frosty Bite, which is available through the Frosty Bite Pass. Both costumes are limited-time collectibles perfect for the winter season.

Limited SSR and Costume Reruns

This update reintroduces some popular seasonal Nikkes, including the SSR Maiden: Ice Rose. Her special banner is available now, alongside Diesel’s, and will be available until December 25, 2025. The SSR Guillotine: Winter Slayer is also back for a limited time.

For a limited time, we’re bringing back some popular holiday costumes to the Cash Shop! You can once again get Emma’s Color Me Red outfit, Vesti’s Ark Mage costume, and Volume’s Beat the Gun outfit. These three costumes will be available until December 30, 2025.

New Events, Gameplay, and Features

The biggest new addition is a fully narrated story event called the Terminus Ticket. Nora receives a special ticket from Soline and finally gets on the AZX, hoping to reach the Surface. But when she arrives, things don’t go as planned, and Diesel and Brid change the destination to the Final Stop.

We’ve added a new minigame called AZX Service Time, where you solve puzzles by combining meal items to reach a total of ten. We’ve also improved how stories are organized with the new Scenario Story Line system – you can now easily find main story chapters, event stories, side stories, and in-game messages. Plus, a new Arcade game, Dragon Dungeon Run, is now available!
