NIKKE: Goddess of Victory has just received a huge update! It includes a collaboration with the popular anime Lycoris Recoil, bringing new characters and a large story event to the game. Players can also look forward to new costumes and significant improvements to gameplay. This update launched on February 12, 2026, and here’s a full rundown of everything it includes.

New SSR and SR Characters

The biggest news in this update is the arrival of SSR Chisato Nishikigi! She’s the most powerful Lycoris agent and the lively face of Café LycoReco. As an Attacker, Chisato changes how she fights depending on the situation, and her attacks get even stronger when she uses her special Burst Skill. You can add her to your team through a limited-time recruitment event running from February 12th to March 12th, 2026.

Get Takina Inoue’s new outfit, the DA Training Wear (Second), by completing mission challenges during the collaboration event! You’ll need to unlock Takina first. The event runs from February 19th, 5:00 AM to March 12th, 4:59 AM (UTC+9).

SSR Takina Inoue, a highly skilled Lycoris specializing in support, will be joining the team a week later. She boosts allies, lowers enemy defenses, and her special Burst Skill bypasses defenses to deal direct damage, making her a versatile and powerful unit. Her availability begins on February 19th and lasts until March 12th, 2026.

This collaboration welcomes SR Kurumi, a talented hacker who excels at dealing continuous damage and weakening opponents. You can get Kurumi for free by taking part in the collaboration event, but she won’t be available through regular character recruitment after it ends.

New Costumes and Collaboration Outfits

The latest update includes a few new costumes. You can get the complete “Romantic Maid – Tea Service” costume, with full voice acting and a special Burst animation, through the Costume Gacha. Chisato and Takina both have new outfits inspired by music – “Red Spark Guitar” and “Blue Pulse Bass” – which are available by progressing through the Lycoris Passes.

The two characters featured in this collaboration will also get special training outfits, which players can unlock by completing in-game challenges during the event. Separately, a new character named Zwei – Spring Stroll will become available as part of the March Mission Pass.

Lycoris Recoil Major Collab Story Event: Lie cause Recoil

The main new addition is the “Lie Cause Recoil” event. It starts when a strange energy signal is found within the Ark. The Commander’s investigation leads to a surprising meeting at a local café, and a simple search soon turns into a dangerous confrontation, connecting the characters from Lycoris Recoil to the world of NIKKE.

This event has two main story arcs, STORY I and STORY II, plus tough Challenge Stages with powerful bosses. As you explore the event map, you’ll collect Gems, resources to improve your characters, and Lost Relics, and you can even unlock the SR character Kurumi. There’s also a special team-up event where players work together to defeat the boss, Gatekeeper, over three weekends.

Mini-Game, Archives, and Login Events

The new update includes LYCO RECO BEATS, a fun rhythm game that gives a glimpse into the everyday lives of the characters. Players can also unlock and replay the SECRET GARDEN story in the Archives by earning and using Memory Films during the event.

Get ready for a special collaboration! “Goddess of Victory: Nikke” is teaming up with “Lycoris Recoil” to bring you limited-edition avatar frames. These frames will be available during the event to players who reach Rank 10 in the Common Rewards section.

Players can enjoy several login bonuses during the collaboration, including a 14-day campaign with rewards like SR Kurumi, Advanced Recruit Vouchers, and items to improve their units. A limited-time Valentine’s Day event, called CHOCOLATE, PLEASE!, will also be available around mid-February.
