GMA host looks just like his famous father as he shares romantic proposal photos
As an ardent fan of Will Reeve, I am absolutely thrilled to see him embarking on this new and exciting chapter of his life! The engagement news was a heartwarming surprise that brought a smile to my face, especially considering the remarkable journey he’s been through.
Reeve took a significant stride in his personal life as he announced his engagement on Good Morning America this past Sunday.
The ABC News reporter, aged 32, and his partner Amanda Dubin announced their joyful news on social platforms using the simple phrase ‘Us.’
The article contained multiple pictures showing the proposal moment and a heartfelt get-together with dear ones who were present afterwards.
In the initial snapshot, Reeve was depicted kneeling, exuding charm in a sleek black tuxedo, as he proposed against a backdrop of blooming flowers, radiant white candles, and with the Empire State Building serving as a picturesque backdrop.
Dubin, 28, looked elegant in a plum toned mid-length skirt with a matching sweater.

The event planner had long, dark-blond hair styled in casual, flowing waves, with a subtle, understated makeup look.
Following their agreement, the pair rejoiced on the special occasion surrounded by their loved ones, who had been thoughtfully kept in a separate space until the right moment.
On Friday night, Reeve shared with People magazine that it was the most joyful moment of our lives so far, and we eagerly anticipate spending an eternity together.
Reeve’s parents did not attend the party as they are both deceased; his father was the actor Christopher Reeve who passed away, and his mother was the singer Dana Reeve also deceased.
The journalist strongly resembles the actor from Superman, who passed away in 2004 at 52, nine years following an incident where he broke his neck during a horseback ride, leaving him as a quadriplegic.
Reeve’s engagement was met with joy and offers of congratulations from his colleagues.
Lara Spencer, a host on Good Morning America, enthusiastically expressed, ‘Congratulations go to you, Will! Hooray for Amanda!! We are overjoyed for the both of you!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️’
Oh my goodness, this brings me such immense joy! Kudos to both of you, truly wonderful spirits! (written by GMA weekend anchor Gio Benitez)
‘Whoop!! ❤️❤️’ wrote 20/20 anchor Deborah Roberts.
Reeve began his news career in 2014 as an intern for Good Morning America.
Eventually, he landed a job as a correspondent at ESPN. In 2018, he returned to ABC, where he currently works on Good Morning America, World News Tonight with David Muir, and Nightline.
He shared with USA Today in September that he adores his profession because it combines elements he cherishes – interacting with people, narrating stories, and exploring new places,” is one possible paraphrase.
The individual who was left parentless at the age of 13 remarked on his unfortunate situation, saying, ‘During the brief period I spent with my parents, they instilled in me a typical, earthy, balanced upbringing. This, largely, has provided me with a rational perspective to deal with whatever life presents.’
He explained that the common five stages of grief – ranging from denial to acceptance – have been recognized, but he’s found an additional stage: healing. Everyone has the potential to reach this stage, he added.
In simpler terms, he said, ‘Though grief endures forever, healing can be achieved. This is something I firmly believe in. I strive to remember those I’ve lost by living well and treating others kindly.’
