Gigi Paris has stated that the promotional tour for her movie, Anyone But You, created difficulties in her relationship with Glen Powell, as the constant speculation was hard to handle. In a recent interview with Variety, Sydney Sweeney addressed the attention surrounding her and her co-star, explaining that the media, not any intentional actions, fueled the rumors. According to the Christy star,

You know, looking back, the media really built that whole narrative themselves. It wasn’t anything we intentionally did. The tabloids and journalists just ran with things, exaggerating everything. Seriously, even if Glen and I were just standing near each other, they’d spin it as something more! We genuinely care about each other, have a real love and respect, and I truly enjoy being with him. I think people could see that – we just seemed like a beautiful pairing.

Gigi Paris is currently dating Cooper Helfet, while Glen Powell is focused on work, including promoting his recent film, Chad Powers. He’s also starring in an upcoming movie based on a Stephen King story called The Running Man, which will be released in theaters on November 14th.
