GK Barry’s girlfriend Ella Rutherford says it was ‘hell’ while presenter was away on I’m A Celeb as she addresses THAT ‘awkward’ bridge kiss

Barry G.K.’s partner, Ella Rutherford, has recently disclosed that Barry is participating in ‘I’m A Celebrity’ and discussed an ‘uncomfortable’ peck they shared on a bridge.

In the competition, Grace Keeling, who is 25 years old and goes by that name, placed fifth and was eliminated on the 20th day. However, it was Danny Jones from McFly who eventually took home the victory on the ITV program.

During the most recent installment of Grace’s Saving Grace podcast, which aired on Wednesday, Ella expressed: “I struggled to keep composed, but truthfully, I was going through a living nightmare. I vow never to experience such an ordeal again.

Later, I instructed Ella to turn around, but she responded, “I won’t.” This anecdote had Grace chuckling.

Ella added: ‘I was like, “No,” because I literally hadn’t seen you.’

Grace chimed in: ‘I know, and then we did a really awkward kiss on the bridge.’

Ella responded: “Wow, darling, even airing that was wrong of everyone. That’s criminal!” Grace chuckled and said, “I was just giving you a little squeeze.

Apart from what she shared, Ella admitted to feeling quite anxious as she stepped onto the bridge, clutching the railings for support due to a fear that it might give way beneath her.

If you rewind the video, you’ll notice that I held on to the railing immediately without even noticing you, due to my sudden fright.

Yet, pondering back on that instance, Ella exclaimed enthusiastically: ‘That day was simply extraordinary! I can’t imagine anything surpassing that wonderful sensation.’

Ella reassured her: ‘Babe, little did you know, I was crying and crying again in my bed. 

‘Every night I was getting the cats and dogs into the bed just to fill the void.’

After several months of maintaining secrecy about her girlfriend, Grace eventually revealed details of their relationship and subtly hinted at her presence in the I’m a Celebrity camp while she was recently on the show.

Spectators noticed a touching tribute to the Ipswich soccer standout, as it appears that GK has a small, white “E” on her finger where a wedding band typically sits on one of her nails.

Prior to venturing into the jungle, I had my fingernails French-styled and requested the nail technician to add an ‘E’ for Ella as a design.
