Gisele Bündchen has purchased another Florida home, her fourth, and it’s right next door to her existing property. The Daily Mail reports the new house boasts six bedrooms and is a significant investment.
The model, who is blonde, recently purchased a luxurious home in Miami’s upscale Surfside area for $14.5 million.
Exclusive photos from the Daily Mail reveal the property features beautifully maintained grounds with palm trees, a large pool, and a private boat dock extending into Biscayne Bay.

Gisele Bündchen, 45, has been a long-time resident of the Surfside area. Her ex-husband, Tom Brady, lives nearby on Indian Creek Island, often called the ‘Billionaire Bunker’ because of its wealthy residents, including Amazon’s Jeff Bezos.
Living in this neighborhood is quite the experience! As well as Tom Brady, I’ve gotten to know some other fantastic people, like Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump. We actually all enjoyed a lovely lunch together on a yacht in Miami last September – it’s a really friendly community here.
Gisele and Ivanka have a lot in common – they live in the same area and go to the same gym. They’ve also both started training with Gisele’s boyfriend, Joaquim Valente, a ju-jitsu instructor from Costa Rica.
Thirty-eight-year-old Valente has been seen frequently at the couple’s recently renovated home, and also at their large $9 million ranch in Southwest Ranches, a countryside town about 15 miles south of Fort Lauderdale.
The trainer and his girlfriend, who is a model, have been dating since November 2022. They were first seen together on vacation in the coastal province of Puntarenas, Costa Rica.
They made their romance official in June 2023 and welcomed a baby son in February this year.
Gisele is now a mother of three. She already shares two children – 15-year-old Benjamin and 11-year-old Vivian – with her ex-husband, NFL legend Tom Brady. Brady also has an 18-year-old son, Jack, from a previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan, whom Gisele helped raise.
Bundchen divorced Brady in 2022 and told Vanity Fair the following year that they had grown apart.
Oh my god, she actually said it! It’s just… everything. She explained that people change, you know? Sometimes you drift, but when they met – she was 26, he was 29 – they were so sure. They wanted a life together, a family… it was everything they dreamed of. It just breaks my heart knowing how it turned out, but hearing her say they both wanted those things… it’s just so raw and real.
Gisele Bündchen explained that over time, she and Tom Brady grew to want different things in life, which ultimately led them to a tough decision.
She added of Brady: ‘That doesn’t mean you don’t love the person.’
Since their breakup, the model has stayed in touch with her well-known ex, but she apparently felt overshadowed by him for years. Now, she’s enjoying starting fresh with Valente.
The source also told Page Six: ‘Gisele and Joaquim were not planning to have a child together.
This came as a surprise, but a welcome one. Joaquim has always dreamed of having a family, and now she’s thrilled to be able to make that happen.
She quickly realized he’d be a wonderful father after watching him interact with her children during their classes. He’s patient, fun-loving, and genuinely understanding.

Meanwhile, Brady had played professional football for 22 seasons, leading his teams to seven Super Bowl wins and setting many records.
The couple built an incredible fortune, reaching an estimated $733 million. During this time, Gisele Bündchen prioritized supporting Tom Brady’s football career and stepped back from her own fashion work so he could continue pursuing Super Bowl wins.

She also dated Josh Hartnett and Chris Evans, both seriously dreamy actors. It’s like she always had the hottest guys lined up, and then she met Tom… it was just incredible to watch!
Similar to his former wife, Tom Brady isn’t shy about spending a lot on real estate. He also owns a $17 million home in the same Miami area as Gisele Bündchen.
He also owns a stunning, custom-built house in the wealthy Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, counting Kamala Harris and LeBron James among his neighbors.
This 14,000 square foot property features a large master bedroom with a private bathroom, a wine cellar, and a beautiful rectangular pool surrounded by well-maintained gardens.
The property also boasts an outdoor bar and lounge area, as well as a large kitchen featuring a spacious white marble island where Brady can dine.
