Video footage shows two people with masks walking around the rental house in the Hollywood Hills that D4vd recently left. This happened a few days after police searched the home for evidence related to the teen whose body parts were found in a Tesla.
On Wednesday, the Daily Mail got ahold of surprising video showing movers taking furniture and boxes of belongings from the star’s $4.1 million home.
People saw the two individuals together at a house in the Hollywood Hills as increasingly concerning reports about D4vd’s relationship with the girl surfaced – including accusations that they first connected online when she was only 12 years old.
Two large individuals, likely security guards, were present during the removal. They were trying to hide their identities with glasses and ski masks. One of them was also wearing a bulletproof vest with a gold badge displayed on it.
It’s currently unknown whether the men were employees of Roadway Moving or were hired through another company. We have reached out to both Roadway Moving and representatives for D4vd for more information.
Mladen Trifunovic, the homeowner, said the neighborhood is very secure, with regular patrols by security personnel, according to the Daily Mail.
Trifunovic stated he wasn’t aware that D4vd, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, was living in the house until recently. The property, which costs $20,000 a month to rent, was leased under the name of his manager starting in February 2024.
The Daily Mail reported on Monday that Burke’s manager cancelled the lease on his home following a police investigation. The Los Angeles Police Department’s homicide unit searched the property as part of their investigation into the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, a teenage runaway whose remains were discovered in Burke’s Tesla on September 8th.
Trifunovic explained that they’ve decided to leave due to the current situation, stating they no longer wished to stay.
It’s currently unknown what investigators found when they searched the home. Last week, a Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson stated that ‘several items of evidence’ were taken for further examination.
The department hasn’t released any new information about the investigation. They haven’t made any arrests and haven’t identified any potential suspects.
A department spokesperson told the Daily Mail on Wednesday that they have no new information to share, but the investigation is still in progress.
The spokesperson declined to comment on whether Burke is cooperating with investigators.
When Rivas was found dead, the 20-year-old musician was touring the US as part of his Withered World Tour.
Investigators found a disturbing discovery when they responded to a Hollywood tow yard. They were investigating a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the front trunk of a Tesla Model Y that belonged to Burke.
Inside, they found Rivas’s dismembered, severely decomposed remains wrapped in plastic.
A 13-year-old girl was reported missing from Lake Elsinore in May 2024. Sadly, her remains were discovered shortly after her 15th birthday, though authorities believe she had been deceased for a while.
Someone on Burke’s team said the singer was helping the police with their investigation right after the body was discovered. But once the remains were identified as belonging to Rivas, Burke’s team stopped responding to inquiries.
After that, Burke’s planned trip around the world was canceled without much public announcement. He has since hired a lawyer, who hasn’t made any public comments or responded to inquiries about the situation.
Investigators are currently working to determine both the time and cause of Rivas’s death. They are also trying to piece together what happened during the 16 months between her disappearance in May 2024 and when her body was found.
Rivas’s family last saw her on May 4th, 2024. According to her brother, Matthew Rivas, she went to see a movie with someone named Burke and hasn’t been seen since.
According to two sources familiar with the situation, actor Charles Burke had an inappropriate relationship with a minor, Rivas. One source told the Daily Mail that Burke initially connected with Rivas online, possibly through platforms like Twitch, when she was between 11 and 12 years old.
Matthew Rivas shared with news outlets that his family knew about the reported relationship. He stated that Burke often drove his younger sister around in the same Tesla she was later discovered in.
In early 2024, Rivas ran away from home multiple times, and was then gone for good by May.
As a lifestyle expert, I’ve been following the Rivas case closely, and what’s particularly unsettling is learning that she actually stayed in touch with friends for over a year after she was reported missing. She was texting and calling, letting people know she was okay, but then, quite suddenly, around late July or early August, all communication just stopped. That sudden silence is what’s so concerning and really ramps up the mystery.
Since Rivas was reported missing, many pictures have appeared on social media that seem to show her with Burke.
A video surfaced showing someone who looked like Rivas at a concert by Burke in late August 2025. However, a source at TMZ confirmed that the person in the video was not actually Rivas.
The nature of Burke’s relationship with Rivas is currently being scrutinized by investigators.
Both Rivas and Burke have a matching tattoo of ‘Shhh…’ in red ink on their right index fingers, confirmed by police and Rivas’s family.
Online investigators have discovered what appears to be an unfinished demo of a song by Burke, called “Celeste_Demo unfin.”
It hasn’t been officially verified, but sources say the song was recorded by Burke in December 2023. The lyrics specifically mention someone named Celeste.
According to Neama Rahmani, a former federal prosecutor, the evidence against the suspect is already very strong, and she’s surprised he hasn’t been arrested yet, as reported by the Daily Mail.
Discovering a body in your vehicle is obviously concerning, but finding a dismembered body is even more serious – especially given all the other details that have come to light in this case, he stated on Wednesday.
If the reports are true and they were sexually involved while she was with him, he could face serious charges including statutory rape, kidnapping, and human trafficking.
I’m surprised no one has been arrested yet, but I believe that will happen very soon – it’s only a matter of time.
Rahmani explained that the LAPD has a reputation for being slow to act, so while he was surprised no one has been arrested yet, it wasn’t entirely unexpected.
Burke, meanwhile, has yet to publicly acknowledge the discovery of Rivas’s remains in his car.
His Tesla was found abandoned for several days close to Doheny Place and Bluebird Avenue, not far from the house he was renting.
People in the neighborhood had previously reported seeing the car around town over the last several months, according to Rolling Stone.
The vehicle remained in its last location for approximately three weeks. Before that, it had been parked a few blocks away as early as late May, according to the report.
Burke and his representatives have not returned multiple requests for comment.
