As a devoted fan of Strictly Come Dancing and a fervent supporter of Giovanni Pernice, I cannot hide my disappointment and frustration over the recent turn of events that have led to his absence from this year’s lineup. The allegations surrounding his behavior during rehearsals, as well as those against Graziano Di Prima, cast a dark shadow over the beloved competition.

Giovanni Pernice is cashing in on his Strictly Come Dancing fame amid his row with BBC bosses.

A professional dancer, age 33, is absent from this year’s roster due to a misconduct allegation. His ex-partner, Amanda Abbington, has accused him of bullying during their rehearsals for the ballroom competition.

I’ve heard from The Sun that Giovanni and some of his fellow stars, such as Lauren Oakley, Kai Widdrington, Nadiya Bychkova, and Anton Du Beke, have been scheduled to appear at the Dancing With The Stars showcases in Windsor and Newport coming up next year.

Yet, going against the norm, the broadcaster’s policy prohibits their celebrities from accepting roles that might resemble the shows that brought them recognition.

In simpler terms, the policy means that actors and artists involved in BBC productions are not allowed to take on promotional jobs that resemble their on-screen personas.

A source commented: “The news that Gio will be joining the new project might surprise people since he no longer appears on Strictly.”

In the past few months, Giovanni has traveled across the country together with Anton Du Beke from Strictly Judge.

During our recent live show in Llandudno, Clwyd, I had the pleasure of being part of my co-star’s birthday celebration over the weekend. As we shared in the moment, I couldn’t help but invite the enthusiastic crowd to join us in making it a memorable occasion.

“He expressed his happy birthday wishes to his closest friend, suggesting we should dance especially enthusiastically together tonight to mark the occasion.”

Currently, Graziano Di Prima from “Strictly Come Dancing” is facing criticism for his reported actions toward Zara McDermott during her participation in the show last year.

A probe recently revealed that it had physically struck a former Love Island contestant during rehearsals, and she responded with an explosive announcement on social media.

She shared: “Receiving an invitation to join the show as a contestant brought back memories of my childhood dreams. I knew that Strictly would demand significant time and effort, and I was ready to give my all. I’m a tenacious person, so I was fully prepared to put in whatever was necessary.”

In every way, my time on Strictly surpassed my wildest expectations. The entire production crew and those working behind the scenes, not to mention my fellow contestants, were truly wonderful people to collaborate with.

I was eagerly anticipating my time in the training room, but my reality turned out to be quite contrasting. Unfortunately, my conduct during the show has been called into question, and there are firsthand accounts and footage to back up certain allegations. Watching these incidents unfold on video is truly heart-wrenching for me.

After struggling with the apprehension of revealing personal details, I had concerns about potential criticism from the public, uncertainty about my future, and the possibility of victim shaming. However, through numerous heartfelt conversations with loved ones, I’ve found the courage to confront these fears. When the BBC asked me to share my experiences on their program, I spoke openly and honestly about my time on the show.
