Gino D’Acampo Faces Dozens of Misconduct Claims as John Barrowman Speaks Out

John Barowman suggests that TV producers might have found ways to make Gino D’Acampo more appealing, possibly by emphasizing his attractiveness or sex appeal, during his appearances on various shows.

The 57-year-old actor has stated that risqué segments like the one where Gino, aged 48 at the time, cooked while bare-chested on This Morning in 2011 were probably producer suggestions and may have led to other actions later deemed inappropriate.

She alleged that ITV ‘came back sharply, essentially telling me to go away’.

A source apparently shared with the media outlet: ‘Gino’s behavior was not a hidden issue, and several crew members would express apprehension at the thought of working alongside him.’

Gino has firmly denied all allegations, calling them ‘deeply upsetting’.

Regarding the accusations, Gino stated: ‘ITN news has informed me that claims have surfaced, suggesting I behaved inappropriately, with some incidents occurring more than a decade back. Previously, I was unaware of these issues, and I vehemently deny these allegations.’
