The third season of “Ginny & Georgia” has completed filming, and they have added two new actors to their talented cast.
As a hardcore gamer, I can’t help but feel the adrenaline rushing through my veins as I eagerly await the return of my favorite Netflix series! The official word is out: we’re getting a brand new chapter – yesss! But, hold on tight, because no release date has been set yet. Patience, dear gamers, patience!
According to the announcement made by the streaming platform on Tudum, they’ve completed filming for the upcoming season, and they revealed that actors Ty Doran and Noah Lamanna are joining the cast of season 3, while also providing some insights into their respective character roles.
Previously seen on Manifest, Doran is set to portray Wolfe – a casual student in Ginny’s poetry workshop, who seemingly lacks enthusiasm for the course material.
In the list of Lamanna’s television appearances, you’ll find they’re set to star in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. Their character is a skateboard enthusiast who juggles their passion for skateboarding with duties as a peer tutor.
The series, titled “Ginny & Georgia“, chronicles the life of 30-year-old Georgia Miller (Brianne Howey), along with her teenage daughter, Ginny (Antonia Gentry), and son Austin (Diesel La Torraca). They decide to move to the peaceful town of Wellsbury.
Viewers will quickly discover that there are inconsistencies in Georgia’s past history, and as the story unfolds, it becomes clear that she often had to flee to different places to escape threats from her earlier life.
Sarah Lampert, our showrunner, recently announced on social media that they have wrapped up filming for season 3. Along with this news, she shared a picture featuring the entire cast on a soundstage, hinting at a “very unique” upcoming storyline.
“AND THATS A WRAP on production for Ginny & Georgia season 3!!” she wrote on Instagram.
She mentioned that this particular season is truly extraordinary, attributing its quality to the immense passion, tireless effort, commitment, and limitless skill that everyone involved has contributed towards it.
