A connection from Spector’s past provides hints for Gibson, yet it stirs Spector in a manner that could potentially derail the entire investigation. As a result, Gibson finds herself in riskier situations than ever before, and as she gets closer to apprehending him, Spector continues to encroach upon her personal space.

You can watch the popular show that was broadcast on BBC Two from 2013 to 2016 online through BBC iPlayer streaming service.

In addition to Anderson and Dornan, the cast includes John Lynch, Aisling Franciosi, Niamh McGrady, Bronagh Waugh, and Sarah Beattie.

Earlier, when discussing leaving the show, Dornan expressed his feelings by saying: “This role is significant to me, and I genuinely cherish portraying this character. Over four and a half years, I’ve formed deep bonds with the team, so it’s both joyful and sad. It feels like someone’s suddenly tearing away your comfort blanket.

In 2016, Anderson spoke openly regarding the relationship between Gibson and Spector, asserting that there was no undercurrent of romantic or sexual attraction between them.

According to Anderson, Stella is someone with a strong sexual nature who finds herself captivated and diverted by this individual. He goes on to say that Stella invested a significant amount of time trying to comprehend his thoughts, leading her to believe she truly understands him. This immersion was so deep that it led her to explore some complex and challenging aspects within herself as well.

She draws his attention – he’s a deeply troubled, dark-minded individual with psychopathic and predatory tendencies, and there’s an undercurrent of tension, but it’s not a sexual tension, she clarified.

The Fall can be streamed now on Prime Video UK and BBC iPlayer.
