As an ardent follower of the fashion world, I can’t help but feel a profound sense of nostalgia and admiration when I see iconic models like Gigi Hadid sharing the runway with veterans such as Carla Bruni, Tyra Banks, Kate Moss, Adriana Lima, Irina Shayk, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Candice Swanepoel. Growing up in this industry, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing these timeless beauties grace the catwalk, and it’s a surreal experience to see them now as peers.
Gigi Hadid expresses her sense of honor for collaborating with numerous seasoned models at this past week’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
At the New York fashion show, some well-known figures such as Carla Bruni (age 56), Tyra Banks (age 50), Kate Moss (age 50), Adriana Lima (age 43), Irina Shayk (age 38), Alessandra Ambrosio (age 43), and Candice Swanepoel (age 35) were also in attendance.
The 29-year-old sister of Bella Hadid, who took part in the show, expressed that it was simply fantastic to Extra.
There are numerous women who I’ve shared the journey of this industry with, starting from various stages of my professional life.
In high school, there were some actresses from a show I adored deeply.
When Gigi was in high school most of these models named earlier were in their 20s or 30s.
Gigi also liked that the company is now full of women.

Gigi previously admitted that she loves being a mom.
The model shared with The Sunday Times: “She’s provided me with so much. Motherhood has been something I’ve long desired, yet it wasn’t an all-consuming passion for me, nor did I feel my purpose in life revolved solely around being a mother.
Gigi also thinks she had a baby at the perfect time in her life.
She said: ‘I’ve always been quite organized, so having Khai at the time that I did was a blessing. I’m so glad to be a young mom.’
